I havent normally had a problem with this place since i use the atm more than anything. their indoor service is quite alright and each teller ive had was cooperative. What they do lack is power in numbers as tellers are not super fast because they help you out individually which in itself is good but depending on what the people ahead of you need the wait can be longer, your experience almost always correlates with how many people they have working at the time. I suppose many other reviewers only had 1 or 2 working in which case the wait will be much longer, and there can be lines up to 10 people long inside from my experience. On quick days i still expect a few minutes wait before seeing a teller. BoA as a credit and debit company are "ok". I havent had to talk very much to the people who sit in their offices since i always handle things over the phone with BoA reps that way, but i vaguely feel like thats because this location's help was insufficient some years ago and i just decided the people on the phone were easier to work with. calling this location has so far been a bad experience so i call the main number online.

It deserves no stars. This bank should be closed down because there is only one teller helping customers and the wait time is over an hour. All customers get angry by the time we get to the window teller and take it out on the lady. The person who helped me said she wasn't even a teller but she was covering because they didn't had enough workers that's why I feel like they should just close it down. It causes too much stress on both customers and the employee who felt pressured by the long line and angry customers

The service is slow. However the staff is professional. Best thing about it is that it is open on Saturday with all services.

Worse customer service in the city, I have stopped myself not to review on this bank, but today they cross all the limits 45 minutes to one hour to just deposit some cash. They don't care about customers. So it's my last day here I am moving all my accounts to Wells Fargo. Which is a lot better.

Horribly run. How do you not know there will be a long line on the 1st of the month? Apparently the manager lacks the capacity to figure this out, so there are only 2 tellers working. This is not a fluke, I've been going to this location for years, always the same. The line is typically 20-30 people long on the 1st. If you're on lunch, do not think you can pay your rent here and get back to work within an hour. I'd really recommend not doing business with any BofA if you have that choice, but if you have to, almost any other location would be a better choice.

Worst bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch. For wire transfer it took more than an hour. So much confusion

This branch sucks. I've been a BofA customer for over 10 years and this place does not want to help you at all. Manager said she was going to call me back today (Monday) and I had to call them back to find out that she was off. Unprofessional and unwillingly to help you. Chase is better!

This location is close by to me so I typically stop by here if I need to use the ATM. However, it has become time consuming when the same problem continue to exist and it takes time away from what should have been convenient, especially troublesome if the branch is not open and the ATM is the only option. Some people don't carry their physical cards anymore now that digital wallet/cards via Apple Pay and other platforms are becoming the new norm. There is no excuse why all every single ATMs outside of this branch does not have a working digital contactless reader. This has been an ongoing problem that seems not to be fixed or a concern of this Bank of America branch. I went through the drive thru ATM to find that my debit card via Apple Pay was not working. The bigger insult was that after circling back into the parking lot to try to use one of the two ATMs in front of the branch, those two ATMs did not have a functioning contactless reader. After making a stop to a Bank of America ATM inside of Lucky Supermarket, that digital contactless reader was working fine, thus ruling out a problem with my device.

Since we were going to drop by the boba spot here and Safeway, we decided to do a quick stop by to do a deposit and a withdrawal because sometimes you do need cash even during COVID time! Well it ended up not being quick as there was a line for the outside ATM as well as a line to go inside. There are two outside ATMs. I guess it takes some time for folks to do their thing or this place is just really busy. It is located in the intersection of Decoto and Alvarado-Niles Blvd which is a busy intersection. There's a very small parking lot here otherwise you can walk from the larger parking lots of Safeway and the other surrounding businesses. Definitely do not go here on a weekend and just stop by when there's no line otherwise it won't be a "quick" stop.
