This branch is fantastic at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning! On the way in, I was intercepted by the greeter who asked what I needed. I told her I had to make a transfer from my B of A account to my wife's B of A account. She pointed me to the teller area. No line! I walked up to the counter, and the male teller helped me immediately. Very friendly and competent. No fee for the service like a wire transfer would have required. The whole transaction took less than 3 minutes. Excellent customer service from the staff there today.

If you have business line open please have someone on business counter as well no teller close the line regular teller was so busy with business line people like us have to wait alot more

I've only had two kinds of experiences at this location -- really, really good or really, really bad. The "really good" involves bank tellers and associates who patiently but expeditiously help me getting money moved, accounts opened or closed, etc. The "bad" experiences involves occasionally having really, really long lines and tellers who seem to be doing multiple things at once rather than focusing on my issue. On the whole, I go into a bank so infrequently that I accept the fact this location could have bad service on that day or could surprise me with great service.

Was stressing out about going to the BofA office as I always used mobile services and 2 stars were not helpful.But the experience was so welcoming and fast! Sol, who helped me, did everything in the best way and very quickly!

I havent normally had a problem with this place since i use the atm more than anything. their indoor service is quite alright and each teller ive had was cooperative. What they do lack is power in numbers as tellers are not super fast because they help you out individually which in itself is good but depending on what the people ahead of you need the wait can be longer, your experience almost always correlates with how many people they have working at the time. I suppose many other reviewers only had 1 or 2 working in which case the wait will be much longer, and there can be lines up to 10 people long inside from my experience. On quick days i still expect a few minutes wait before seeing a teller. BoA as a credit and debit company are "ok". I havent had to talk very much to the people who sit in their offices since i always handle things over the phone with BoA reps that way, but i vaguely feel like thats because this location's help was insufficient some years ago and i just decided the people on the phone were easier to work with. calling this location has so far been a bad experience so i call the main number online.

It deserves no stars. This bank should be closed down because there is only one teller helping customers and the wait time is over an hour. All customers get angry by the time we get to the window teller and take it out on the lady. The person who helped me said she wasn't even a teller but she was covering because they didn't had enough workers that's why I feel like they should just close it down. It causes too much stress on both customers and the employee who felt pressured by the long line and angry customers

The service is slow. However the staff is professional. Best thing about it is that it is open on Saturday with all services.

I had a great experience when I first went there to open an account. They had a great service and their ambience was awesome. Later I found out that the bank operations are really slower. Especially me arriving from India I see people are working slower than a tortoise. I waited about 30 mins for bank deposit as my new account has no card at that time. If they could speed up the work process I think they might add more customers. Moreover bank accounts for people above 25 are not so cheap here in bofA. I was a student under 25 and I could see more benefits than a student aged above 25. Since I am new I need to utilise their service more to know them better

Worse customer service in the city, I have stopped myself not to review on this bank, but today they cross all the limits 45 minutes to one hour to just deposit some cash. They don't care about customers. So it's my last day here I am moving all my accounts to Wells Fargo. Which is a lot better.
