I love Chase Bank because of the manager named Chi Borst. Always ready to help in my banking needs and even get out of her way to arrange meetings with other staff just so I get the financial advice and attention I need.

ATM are never working. One took my cash deposit and then had an error and now I have to make a claim because it did not deposit in to my account. A simple transaction turned in to a 30 minute phone call with customer service.

ATMs are accessible but not enough tellers. Appointment required for any other services.

The branch is one of the newer ones in the Tri-City area and is nice and well maintained. Staff are generally friendly and really helpful and you're lucky if you get in with no wait. Best to book appointments ahead of time as a general rule for most branches.

Rude a** tellers. I can see why the other location has better reviews. I just really don't understand if you are not meant for retail get out of it. I've been in retail all my life and you have to put on a smile no matter what.

I would rate 0 star if I can for the worst Chase branch ever. I came in to submit supportive documents for my credit card rejection and the lady told me to sit and wait but then I sat for 20 mins but no one came and said anything other than that. Until I got someone who can help he just simply walked out and said the computer is down so he couldnt do anything. Why didnt he or anyone in that branch told the customers that the system dont work and ask them to come back next time or at least giving them a heads up so they wont waste 30mins just to wait and then ended up walking out like this? No prior communication here and the guy who supposed to help me talk to me with attitude saying I cant do anything because the system is down. Yes, why dont he just say something nice like giving an apology and ask for my contact no. for next appointment? So dissapointed.
