They missed our appointments TWICE and made no time to see us. We waited patiently but when someone else walked in, they chose to take them before us both times. They kept on wasting our time

Very disappointed with the lengthy wait time. There were five of us in line when I went there last time and only one full-time teller and one who seemed to be intermittently helping. The result was about a 20 to 25 minute wait. I can't say for sure this is typical of this location, but the last time I went there I had the same problem and try to avoid this location because of that. Maybe I just got unlucky or maybe they're just badly staffed.

This is my preferred chase branch. The customer service is amazing. The tellers are always in a joyful mood and always very helpful. They always greet you and are very welcoming.

What a unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I had a 3:00 appointment and wasn’t seen until 3:30. I was advised the lady was running late but she wasn’t she helped another guest who walked in at the same time as me with an appointment. The other staff told me to get a drink and come back. Once I came back the lady was still assisting the couple who came in after me. What’s the purpose of having an appointment then lying to me saying the lady isn’t here but she skipped me for her friends. 1st and last time coming to this branch.

I have came here 3 different times needing help from a banker. Once to open a joint checking account and the other 2 was to process a wire transfer. Every single time they told me the wait would be over an hour to see someone. I went to the one on Union Landing and got help right away.
