awful company, takes days to come by to fix machines and you have to navigate their new AI bot. clearly seem to have monopoly. mostly its their complete lack of communication

I live in the Santa Rosa Village mobile home park. The laundry room has 6 washers. Only two are operational. Two have the power cord hanging in the washer for 3 months now.

Machines rarely work. Money never refunded. Poor upkeep of all 4 machines.
