As others have said, this is a horrendous company. The only dryer in our building has been broken for nearly 4 months. When we submit repair requests, they come back saying it's been fixed but it's not. We have repeatedly complain to our real estate manager but Coinmach is the same with them. We only just learned it needs replacing. I spent 30 min on hold with the company (at the beginning of the call they said it would be a 6 minute hold) and explained this completely unacceptable situation. All they did was submit another service request that was later "completed" and then a technician finally contacted me to tell me it would need to be replaced but couldnt say when.I'm inclined to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Also, it's ridiculous that we still have to buy quarters to do our laundry in 2023. All of their machines should be upgraded so you can pay by app or credit card.

I recommend taking your gear here. The lady is a caring woman with a kind heart. She will assist you with any gear you may need to clean or anything else.

Garbage.Have waited over three weeks for our Washer to be repaired. When the dryer had issues it was "repaired" easily 3 times, meanwhile completely ruined several loads of clothes - burning holes in them before our property manager had to demand a replacement.Good thing I had renters insurance because they paid for the thousands of dollars in damages the dryer did to our clothes before it was FINALLY replaced. Oh, and that took at least two months...The cost is outrageous for what we get in return. We could have bought our own washer/dryer and had money leftover to buy a whole new one if one of them stopped working.Unfortunately our lease prohibits using our own...

I won't be surprised to see this company go out of business in the future. Most of the reviews I've read are identical to what's been going on inmy apartment complex. They just don't seem to care about their customersor any monies they may lose from broken machines. It might be time forthese places to switch coin machine companies. This is such a poor way todo business.

STAY AWAY FROM CSC SERVICEWORKS/CoinMach!!!Give serious thought before using this Company, as their service performance and quality is very poor. CoinMach, now also know as CSC Serviceworks continues to suffer from horrible service and operations. Our community has 4 machines, 2 washers and 2 dryers per unit. We must have 50 units in the complex. The following is a recurring scenario in our complex. 3 of our 4 machines have been out of service for the better part of two months. Approximately 4 - 4 1/2 weeks ago I contacted CSC Service works to advise about the issue. Nobody answered the phone(s) so I was forced to send an email about the issue. I provided the machine numbers, the location address, and the service issue code (EC-19) for two of the machines. I received an email response timely. The response stated that the issue was a communication card that needs to be replaced, BUT IS OUT OF STOCK. It will be addressed as quickly as possible, upon acquiring the necessary cards. This is a recurring issue. We have had at least three occurrences of this exact issue, bad cards and out of stock. Unbelievable that Operations would not have an adequate stock of the cards since it is clearly a very common issue. The Company has probably lost over twelve hundred dollars of revenue from our one unit alone over the past six weeks. I am quite confident that a bunch of the other 50 units are experiencing some level of the same issue, as ours is recurring. It must be nice to be so flush in cash that CSC Serviceworks can provide poor customer service over the phones and flush twelve hundred dollars revenue for our unit alone down the toilet from just a single unit in a complex of 50 or so. Seems the investors should be raising some serious concerns over the Operations and Service/Call Center performance, or more accurately, LACK of performance. Not surprisingly, when I called back after no repair service has been completed, after 4 additional weeks, I was told that the rep doesn't know why the service repair hasn't been completed, but that she would try to escalate the service. After 4 weeks she was going to TRY and escalate the service repair call. I was eventually transferred to the Executive Resolutions Center, after a number failed attempts to get a manager (Timothy, actively calling me directly on my phone line per the supervisor, which actually WAS NOT happening) to simply pick up the phone and address the concerns. After 40 minutes I finally had a person from the Exec Res Cntr on the line. She politely apologized after answering a couple questions and stating her concern and disappointment with the service and call failures. I asked for the Company COO and she stated that the Company posted COO, Lonny Warner, was not a name she recognized and not with CSC Serviceworks. She also could identify the current COO. She provided me a name she did know, which is the CEO, Mark Hjelle. She stated no executive was available at that time (4PM) which is/was totally reasonable. She stated that she will be pursuing the matter this evening and try to reach me, if possible. As of 8:15 PM, nothing. She also responded to my request for an executive (or appropriate Sr Rep) to contact me tomorrow to address the serious failures. She acknowledged she would see to it. Let's see if they deliver on this assurance of customer service. CSC Serviceworks is very strongly NOT RECOMMENDED as a service provider or as an investment. Some very serious incompetence and operational breakdowns and deficiencies exist here!!!!Mark B

Their dryers don't do a good job of drying anything but a light load, both washer and dryer are $2.00 each. Our dryer has broken down twice this year and this time was on a Thursday and they don't expect anybody until Monday.

Terrible! Machines break down every other week. Besides being a huge inconvenience, I have wasted a multitude of quarters. Instead of replacing the machines with new ones that actually work, they keep sending people out to "fix" the ones that keep breaking down. What kind of business model is this?

On the 11th of August they said they needed a part to fix the machine, I asked if we could get a new one, they didnt want to do that. They said the washer would be fixed by September 12th, nothing not even a response, they said they would call me back but they never called me, now they guaranteed that the machine would be fixed by September 19 and still no response, I've called them at least six times in the last six weeks with no response, just keep making broken promises, just a bad buisness in general

Dryer does not allow to add additional drying time, unless putting Visa card in again as a single transaction. Called company to request how to use dryer function to add additional time and was told our site does not allow for adding additional time as a single transaction.

Reported our Washing Machine out of order on December 15 and today, December 21, no service has been provided. Three follow up calls were made and each time service by the following day was promised. The first call they said they failed to come because they could not find a parking place on our block but there are parking places on our block and nearby. I think it just needs to have the coin box emptied but in any case the coin slide will not come out of the machine. It is puzzling that a week later, our 14 users have no washing machine that will work...and that this provider, like the coin slide, will not come out to do routine maintenance. Also, it would have been nice to have received a phone call from Coinmach when they knew they would not make their appointment rather than leaving us in mystery.

WARNING: Do NOT EVER allow this company to "lease" space from you to put in their laundry equipment!! They are nothing short of extortionists. The lease renews "automatically" for 10 years and you cannot get out of it unless you want to hire an attorney. Out of the gross receipt collected from coin-op laundry in our apt building, they took 99.9% and gave us LESS than 1% of the revenues!!! They continued to increase their deductions based on CPI but ignored my repeated requests over 7 years that they raise the collection price on our machines! They are beyond horrible! I cannot wait until the day I can get their machines the heck out of my building.
