“I had no clue about this place but my 6 year old enjoyed seeing different animals. They had birds, a coyote, and a fox. There's even a little learning center where snakes can be seen. They have a bathroom, a water fountain, and a large area the kids can run around in but be sure not too be too loud for the animals.”

“My 16 year old started volunteering here and finished the first shift with a positive experience working with an energetic, friendly, and helpful team! As a heads up, TCV started working with Ohlone Humane Society and is helping to collect dog and cat food here as well! Opened bags accepted! TCV also accepts clean plastic bags and packaged plastic utensils, which they use to distribute food to the homeless. Please support them if you're able!”

“Life is about caring and this place has the mission to bring joy to others in need. They are working tirelessly to ensure many have food on the table, that kids don't go to bed hungry and they receive a visit from Santa every year. This is not only the Christmas spirit we should all be blessed with but a true love for humanity.”

“I have discovered Chabad Fremont almost three years ago, and have attended their events since. My son is in their Hebrew school, and we go to all their events. They put on wonderful, carefully thought out events. Just as important is the moral support and care they put into the people that come. They are incredibly accepting of everyone - they have their own point of view, of course, but they welcome you as you are - they offer help to anyone who needed, and help when asked, generously. Rabbi Moshe is always ready to answer any question and give helpful advice.”

“I am a horticulturist and have worked in the field of horticulture and urban agribusiness for over 50 years. During that time, I have used mail order nurseries extensively from all over this country. If you order plants that need to be shipped, you know how critical the packing process is in ensuring arrival of undamaged stock. "Planting Justice" packing is superb--the best I have ever seen. No matter the excellence of your plant material, if it arrives squashed or broken, it's useless. I was so impressed with the packing job that I knew the plants would be outstanding as well. I was not disappointed. Good grafts and an abundance of live, white roots when unpotted! Cannot recommend this nursery and it's staff more highly. You won't be disappointed if you give them your business.”

“Wonderful nature center. Learn about the joys, beauty, and value of wetlands. Watch and listen to birds. Spot rabbits. Learn about migrating birds, native plants, and tides. The dirt trail is flat that runs along the water. Maybe a bit hard for walker or wheelchairs. There are several parking lots with accessible parking by the nature center. The building the nature center is housed in looks like a ship. It was once the home of the Sea Scouts. The nature center has bathrooms. The Palo Alto airport is just over the road. You can watch small planes come and go.”

“My 6 year old daughter started taking classes with teacher Ms. Madhu this month and we are so impressed. She was writing and reading hindi from the very first lesson which has kept her engaged. My daughter doesnt really have a background in hindi either - my husband is American and we speak English at home. I had concerns with lessons being remote since she is so young but Ms. Madhu is a fantastic teacher who is warm, caring, engaging and encouraging. She has developed an excellent curriculum, not one that you can find anywhere. I'm truly impressed and excited to see my daughters progress as the lessons continue. Highly recommend this school!”

“My family enjoyed coaching & playing with the Tricity Kings! We going back this year because of the relationships, comrodary & structure. The experience was even better because our 8U won the D2 championship! Our then six year old was safe, stronger, more confident, learning how to be a friend & teammate & showing leadership skills! He loves football now & C2 wants to play. We planning on earning another championship! If you want your kids to learn how to play the game, have a good experience & learn how to be safe come on out! (I figured it's safer than soccer because we originally started with soccer & it was still physical without the pads.)Let's go King!”
