I just wanna call out Zach and Isabella from this branch for being amazing! A few months ago, I had an emergency need to get new business cards and flyers printed same day. I was scheduled to fly early in the morning the next day for a business conference, and I only realized all the QR codes on the business cards and flyers did not work the day before my flight. I called and spoke with both Zach and Isabella, who were very informative, helpful, and overall empathic. I really felt they were on my side. When Isabella noticed the file I sent would not print as nicely, she proactively informed me so I can make adjustments before they started printing. When I came in to pick up the items, Zach was there and even spent extra time to have me check if everything was in order to ensure we can course correct before I left the store. He also wished me luck at the conference. Thank you thank you Zach and Isabella for saving me and my job!

I want to give a big shoutout to Maurice, the store manager, for his outstanding customer service! He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Maurice impressed me with his passion, deep knowledge, and a genuinely caring attitude. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to making sure every customer feels valued. Great service all around—thank you, Maurice!

Beware this location. Someone will steal your package .Be careful especially expensive items!!! I sent back an iPhone 16 pro max for express replacement brought it to the front counter and the guy wants people to always use the automated scanner to print out the receipt ?? Why?? It used to be fedex employees taking the package and always printing the receipt I bet they take the phone out in the back and steal them

I am so impressed with the staff Nikhila . She helped me out a lot . She was nice and beyond my expectation. She guided me throughout my visit in fedex and I’m happy I got to encounter her.

System was not working told me to come next day with 25LB package.
Their excuse was you came in 15 minutes before close, so can't do anything. If you can't serve the customer until closing then, please close store 15mins before the close. Don't set incorrect expectations.

The store manager here forced me to pay extra for packaging on an RMA shipment that I was already ready to go. He claimed there was a loose item and it goes against “our policy.” If I were to ship the item as-is, he said he would mark it as damaged.
The other workers at the store were embarrassed and it seemed like it wasn’t the first time he’s done something like this. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a shipping store.

The store was extremely hot in temperature for 4:50 PM. I was also struggling a bit at the print and go kiosk and nobody noticed my “look of wonder” in needing help. I guess I could have just spoke up but there’s a reason you choose self service sometimes.
The machine had me enter a pre authorization amount however, it said it would adjust with the print job needed. It didn’t. I ended up restarting 4 times.

I gave 1 package to them for delivery to the Samsung. The package included Samsung S24 Ultra 512GB Titanium Black ($1047.36). One of their employess opened the package, stole the item and retaped the package. Samsung received empty box. I still can't get refund for this issue. I reported this issue to Police and got Police Report, but still can't get Refund. Shame on Fedex that hires robbers/thieves in their Office. Very very very bad experience. There was one woman employee. She took my package with return label and gave me receipt and said that you can go. I asked to check their security cameras for thief when I knew that Samsung received emplty box, they didn't help me. Beware when sending anything via Fedex. You will lose your health, money and time.

Kristian was so dedicated to assisting me with all my printing needs. There was a computer network issue but he stepped into high gear and found a solution. The other employees were personable, kind, and respectful every step of the way; not just to me but other patrons in the store. Definitely coming back in the future
