I give a 5 to the installers BUT service is not a 5. I called late Thursday with a problem and it is now Sat and I still have not heard from them. Their phone says only call once. I called once on two different numbers. Still not response.

Our installation was a bit complex due to non-standard turns. Shadoe, Denzel & Peter from the installation team at LifewayMobility stayed late in the evening to complete the assignment on the 2nd day. We appreciate their efforts.

Techs were professional and curious. While repair wasn't complete (needed a motor), they made it functional (noisy). They informed me of when they would get motor and when they would return to complete the repair. Thank you!
