However, this store has something for small kids, teenagers, and adults.There was a decent amount of parking, especially given the time of day that we went.The lady on the store was very helpful in finding sizes, and making suggestion.”

I took a ring to get a verbal appraisal, and not only did the attendant look at it and give me a broad overview of my jewelry (based on a cursory inspection with no market research, of course), he also walked me through the decision process for whether I would want to pay for an in-depth appraisal. He took out his magnifier and showed me my gemstone at high magnification. It was above and beyond service from people who truly love and understand jewelry. This is the place to go if you want an honest opinion of how much your jewelry is worth. I will absolutely come back for future repairs, questions, and special order pieces.”

I purchased a beautiful 1 carat almost flawless lab produced diamond and it was gorgeous. Raj and his team did a stellar job with my wedding set and then took the original diamond and placed it in a beautiful floating pendant. After taking it off and setting it down, I placed something on top of it without realizing. Resulting in the clasp of the chain breaking. Gent show us the different bands he had, and options we had if we wanted to customize them. Gent was kind enough to showed my fiancé a custom black band he recently had made for a customer, which helped him with his selection. Gent also had great recommendations on bands for his line of work.Gent also had a great selection of lab grown diamonds. I wanted a pear shaped, which he didn't have but he said he'd be happy to get for us. I ended up just picking a gorgeous oval diamond he had. He also had an amazing selection of settings to pick from, after trying on a few I made my decision. Every step of the way I felt like Gent was kind, informative, and patient. “I lost a custom Hawaiian bracelet my late sister gifted me 20 years ago, when my home was burglarized December 2021. I went to the Aloha Festival in Tempe, March 2021, on a mission to find something similar. I went to every jewelry vendor at the festival, and nothing was even close to what I was looking for. The very last booth I went to was Classic Hawaiian Designs, where I met Auntie Gwen. I shared my story with her, and we ended up talking story for over an hour. She is so kind, and knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up ordering two bracelets from her, and it took about 3-5 weeks to get them. Of course there was some trepidation, but Auntie Gwen updated me on the progress of my bracelets, sent tracking info, and let me know when to look for the delivery. Let me tell you, they were worth the wait, and worth every penny. The quality of the material and workmanship is stellar. These are pieces I will treasure the rest of my life, and pass on to my children. I am already saving up for my next piece! Auntie Gwen has a customer for life!”
