Unhelpful staff. Medicine refill was delayed 3 days from lack of communication. Tried to get them to send the RX elsewhere and they would never return calls.

I give this pharmacy 4 stars. They have great pharmacy techs./receptionists Who are usually upbeat and welcoming like Sean and most of the ladies. I would have given this pharmacy 5 stars if they had movies on the screens for kids /or music. Lol. They process orders pretty quick.

Kaiser Milpitas is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The staff is rude and no one really cares if there is a line waiting to open up a window or stop socializing to address patients. This type of terrible customer service is unfortunate. I will definitely be getting all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Kaiser Permanente has a pharmacy in each city where it has medical facilities . this one is bigger than sleepy hollow in Hayward, smaller then San Leandro's. probably bigger than Alameda's. (never went there, used to be a post office building). normally i get meds thru the mail when my docs prescribes it. for over the counter meds, some aren't available by mail. some "meds" weren't prescribed but recommended, thus not available for mail order. the pharmacy isn't busy till 11 ish, then there's a line...not all windows are staffed. this pharmacy is only open weekdays during regular hours unlike san leandro which is 7 days, long hours...

I gave this pharmacy 2 stars only because of their employee Lisa. I was told by my doctor to check in at the pharmacy then go get my x-ray that way my prescriptions would be ready or close to ready. I got in the check in line saw there was a closed sign. Apparently Lisa was suppose to help people in the check in but I stood there, she looked right at me but didn't help me. There were no other people in the pharmacy line just people waiting for their Rx. So I went & got my xrtay then came inot the pharmacy & had someone else check me in. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my Rx. My Dr. appt was at 8:30am & I got everything done at 9:50. Way too long to wait because of someone not doing her job.

I came here to pickup someone's meds. Someone told me this Rx is bigger than the Rx at Sleepy Hollow, so maybe it's faster? Well, it certainly is bigger, but not much faster. That's because the Union City Rx has 10-12 windows, but only 3 were staffed. I have no problem with this Rx, because I've seen worst. So yes, it's a big pharmacy, but they don't staff the windows. So you have to wait. That's why everyone should use the Mail Order Pharmacy. Notes: *During Covid-19, the Pharmacy's bldg entrance is closed. Everyone has to get screened and enter thru the main entrance of the building. * The driveway to 3553 Whipple Road is actually at Union City Blvd x Kohoutek Way. If you use that driveway, bldg B is on your left as you enter. Much easier than driving around looking for it. {Covid-19 Review}

The staff here are the rudest people. I dealt with three of them today and each were the rudest people I have ever encountered. Sad.
