Lowe’s for all of your home improvement needs. Located in Union City, CA, Lowe’s offers a wide range of products, including gardening supplies, appliances, paint colors, and patio furniture. Customers often find the store well-stocked and easy to navigate, with helpful staff available to assist with their projects. Many reviews highlight the positive experiences with employees, such as one employee in the tile department who was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to find supplies. Customers appreciate that Lowe’s provides what they need quickly and efficiently, making shopping convenient and straightforward. The store is seen as a good place for hardware and home renovation items, comparable to Home Depot, but with better service in some cases. However, some reviews mention less favorable experiences. A few customers report encountering rude or unhelpful staff, particularly during busy times or when trying to pick up online orders. Issues with pricing discrepancies and slow service at self-checkout and pickup counters have been noted, leading to frustration. Despite these problems, many customers still view Lowe’s as a reliable place to find home improvement products, especially given the improved supply levels and more staff present. Overall, Lowe’s in Union City is recognized for its good selection, helpful employees, and convenient shopping experience, making it a solid choice for home projects.
Helpful employees, good selection, fair prices. I prefer them over Home Depot.
