“I came in for a Passport Walk-In. It’s honored between 11-12 Tuesday thru Thursday. I was there by 8:45 am and was the first one in walk in. By 9:30 I was called and taken care of. We were greeted and asked to wait in line. Then when they had no other customers, they started processing the walk-ins and were very efficient. They had very good knowledge about passport services. Overall other customers were also taken care of very nicely and with great customer care.”
“Always a pleasant experience visiting this USPS location. Staff if very friendly & knowledgeable. I've never had to wait a long time to get my work done.”

“It was my first visit to this location. It's a lot larger than the post office I usually use. It has a small-town, intimate ambiance, with the cherry wood framing and open, welcoming layout. I really liked the display of available stamps, so much so, I bought a few packs though I seldom mail envelopes. The clerk was very nice and helpful.”
“Went during lunch on a random Tuesday and they had 3 people working which made the process very fast.
Also got tips from the clerk on priority mail which was very helpful!”

“Great service, convenient location I'm glad was not closed, though one time a package was not picked up from here (to be shipped) on the same day even though I dropped it off before the cutoff time. That was years ago and it's only happened once out of multiple times, so I think it's alright.”
“I've been to this office 2 times and always have stellar service from the staff. April has exceeded my expectations in both of my visits and has been patient with answering any additional questions I've had. In my visits, I only had a small piece of mail to send out, nothing too complicated, so didn't think much of what experience I'd get when being helped. I was thoroughly impressed and was greeted with the utmost hospitality. April is good at her job and making sure it is done right. She welcomed me to visit the office again and I'd gladly take the offer when I'm in the area with a mail errand.”

“This place is always quick and efficient. They know what they're talking about and they are polite and informative. The line went from 6 people in front of me to me in a matter of about 3 minutes. And that's with questions being asked and answered. I love this post office and the people who work here.”
“This Post Office is located in the San Leandro Plaza and is open on Saturdays!!When I do have to mail a package, this is where I go!! The main reasons for that is that they usually have multiple windows open and they are open on Saturdays, the only day that I really have time for this. Now, sometimes on said Saturdays there's a long line here, but it moves along decently.The postal workers here are friendly and polite also!!”

“My recent visit to the US Postal Service for a change of address was a mixed experience. The process itself was fairly simple and efficient, which was a relief. However, my observation with the Customer Service left me with conflicting feelings.
On the one hand, the representatives were undeniably friendly and welcomed each customer but on the other hand, I couldn't shake off a disconcerting incident I witnessed. While waiting in line, I overheard a customer, whose native language wasn't English, seeking assistance regarding fragile items. The customer selected yes, when they should’ve selected no on the keyboard. Unfortunately, they were advised by the representative to bring their own interpreter if they couldn't communicate effectively in English. This struck me as somewhat insensitive and disappointing.
While I understand the practical challenges faced by the establishment, it's crucial for them to offer language services to accommodate diverse customers. Expecting individuals to bring their own interpreters seems impractical and burdensome. The availability of toll-free numbers for language assistance should be actively promoted and utilized to ensure equal access to services and although this would require additional steps, it’s something all establishments should do.
Overall, the US Postal Service seems to strive for kindness, friendliness, and professionalism, but there's room for improvement in addressing language barriers and ensuring inclusivity.
On a positive note: I really enjoyed their large selection of greeting cards and the person who helped me was supper kind in explaining the process of changing my home addresses ?”
“It’s okay. I like the ones that have the self service station as it’s much easier and this one does not have one. Still able to do what you need but be prepared to wait and stand in line for a good period of time.”

“I want to say, the staff is so kind and professional at this location! I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and I couldn't see her name but the lady on the very right hand side booth bent her back trying to get my receipt I lost. Literally so kind and professional. She didn't seem annoyed at all and the nicest. I can't thank her enough for the help she gave!”

“I would like to say Thank you so much MARIA for helping me. 10 star for you. Maria was so accommodating, nice, kind, and she has a long patience. I have a big box to send overseas and she approached me and help me without any hesitation.
Honestly, there's a few staffs that should help me but they went all at the back of their office so Maria can take my big box which was not fair to MARIA. By the way God bless you Maria and to other staff who doesn't want to help me cause they don't want to carry the big box well then shame on you Guys.
To clarify, this is April 12 2025 transaction only so who ever work on that day then shame on them except MARIA who helped me to carry my big box.
I also want to thank you the other Lady she's quite Old Asian who borrowed me a trolley cause I can't lift heavy stuff. If you read this Thank you so much.”

Their dedication in helping me track down my shipment(which contains my passport) went above and beyond, as they not only worked diligently to locate the package but also escalated the issue when needed. Throughout this stressful situation, they provided reassuring support and remained incredibly professional. Thanks to their persistent efforts, I was able to successfully receive the package with my passport. “I went to retrieve mail that required a signature when they couldn’t deliver at home.
When you pull into the lot it’s hard to locate where to go, and the signage is poor at best.
But once you figure it out the postal employee was courteous and got the job done very quickly.
