I dropped the car off at 9:30, and came back at 5 and they didn't fix it I'm the 8 hrs they had the car.Instead of having any real explanation they just said they were busy and pawned you off to a technician to explain.I even called their number and they told me it's ready to pickup first.

There is NO direct phone number we can reach. All the numbers go to central customer service number and they have no idea on whats going on with your car. They only know scheduling. I waited 35 mins on phone to connect to the actual technician and then also never got connected. Its almost impossible to talk to them after you leave the shopThey also could not fix my broken glass and they suggested me to take to body shop.Total waste of 2 days of my time , sitting in their shop and doing nothing

WARNING ALL CUSTOMERS, this is an extremely unprofessional location and would recommend to keep your car far away from here! The technicians is a revolving door here because of how unprofessional management is and operations within. This location enforces lying to customers if it saves them money and if they damage something on your vehicle they will try to find you a used part on eBay. The manager Valeria Ruiz has only been in the industry for 8 months and has no idea how to run a business. If you would like a rookie manager that will not properly service your needs or the team of certified trainees that have warranty’s every week for things such as rain damage, improper moldings, or scratches to your vehicle come here! Also don’t anger the technicians in the waiting room if you are waiting for a chip repair they are known to let the chip crack out on purpose! Technicians are incentivized to just have the customer get a replacement instead of repair! Also take a look at the garage where your vehicles are being worked on every osha rule in the book is broken here! Take a look at this “chip repair machine” and the condition it’s kept in, take a look at the “chemical eye wash station”. Garage is filthy and littered with razor blades as well as no safety glasses for their technicians. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Unreliable. If one makes an appointment it is supposed to take priority. Dropped off my vehicle Saturday morning and it was not touched at all for the entire day....... waste of time. Should only take appointments and walk ins if you're able to handle it.... left vehicle over the weekend and they said they'd work on it first thing Monday. Called in to check status and calling them is what made them even touch the car.

I waited for 5 hors and they couldn't finish replacing my windshield. Don't come here if you're paying out of pocket (no insurance) or if your car has lane departure warnings or any other front-facing cameras and sensors.I was their first appointment for the day, so no delay in getting me in. They said 2-2.5 hrs. 2.5 hours in, I checked in. They said they needed another hour because the aftermarket windshield couldn't be calibrated. 4.5 hours in, they said I'd need to take my car into a dealership because they couldn't get the camera calibrated. If youre paying out of pocket, this would cost even more.After I got my car back and they charged me full price, I discovered the wiper blades were reinstalled incorrectly (overshot windshield and hit frame of car). Five hours later, I have a new windshield but now need to spend hours at a dealership to get the windshield calibrated.There's free wifi, coffee, and bathrooms, so that's cool.If I could do things over, I'd go to a local auto shop or a dealership.

One of the worst service I ever had in USA. It's been 7 months still they haven't completed a small pending work. I had to call every week and they say we are ordering the item which is a camera cover and will get back to me. They never call back. I visited the location so many times. Either they say they will follow up and callback or sent email to the manager and didn't get response. I suggest people try different company or at least different location. Don't go there. I have waited patiently all these months. I will have to find and escalate up the chain. They don't even maintain the proper notes looks like. Every time I have to explain the 6 months story. At some point they marked as the work completed. Worst.

Safelite postponed my appointment multiple times, telling me my part was either not in stock yet, or damaged. My battery died while I waited a full week for an appointment. The penultimate time they rescheduled, out of frustration, I called the office, and they apologized and informed me that my part had arrived that morning, and they would be ready to go for my rescheduled appointment time three days later. The day rolled around and I received a call from the driver telling me the part was not in stock. But they had told me a few days earlier that it was! These guys are a bunch of liars.

Second visit with two different techs. The windshield was not placed correctly. There’s moisture buildup from inside and can’t do anything about it until next week.

Been waiting due to glass shortage and when they Finally show up now they have issues that the claim is so old that they can’t process payment my insurance on the phone tech here and supervisor tells the tech to leave wow I waited for months and they can’t give me the time to get a person on the phone to get another confirmation. This just shows when a company has no moral compass but just thinks they can drag you around but they can’t wait for u. Since it’s there mistake my insurance had to keep reviewing the order since they kept have issues with the glass.Ended up going to another shop got all oem glass and all done the same day safelight was suppose to do my work got to a shop explained what happen and they hooked me up. Front and rear windshields plus tinted in 2 hours same day service vs the issues I got with safelight as a whole. Night and day it sure looks great on advertising but once u lived through the hassle it’s not worthy he experienced I had. The bigger they get the more complicated and heartless they become.

Safelite needs remove this garauntee been here multiple times windshield leaks, mis calibrated my camera, made me come back and waste my time. No direct line to shops to curb questions, no one responds to the text message for an update. Its all a marketing gimmick sucks my insurance like to work with them for the "convince and cost savings" of cheap labor. You get what you pay for.

I did the drop-and-go service at this location. I dropped off my car at 9:00 am. I was told it would be done before the end of the day. I tried to call in and check the status of my car, but no one at the location would answer. So I decided to go into the shop at about 3:00 pm and check. Upon getting there, I noticed my car was in the same parking space. After I talked to someone, they informed me that my car hadn't been touched and they could get it done by first thing the following day. I left my car overnight, expecting it to be done early the next day. It is 3:30 pm the next day, and I finally get a call that my car is about done. The technician informed me for the first time that the location closes at 4:00 pm despite everywhere stating they close at 5:00 pm. The person then told me if I couldn't get there in time, they could hold the car another night. The vehicle has been at the location for a total of 2 days. There has been little to no communication regarding the status of my vehicle. At 4:23 pm, I received a text message stating that my car had been completed despite being closed. I will not recommend this location to anyone and will never bring any vehicle to this location

I was very apprehensive about bringing my car here. Reading all the reviews I was kinda nervous but I was in a hurry and they had appointments available for early in the morning. The night before a baseball sized rock hit my windshield on the freeway. I had an appointment for 7 am they opened a little after 7 because they were short handed. Alot of the bad reviews are about the women behind the counter which I didn't really interact much but the little I did they were nice. I pretty much just dealt with the technicians. They all seemed very nice. Isaiah tech id 01818-734, 01818-734 was my savior. Super polite and nice guy. He reassured me that he would do a good job and he did.My windshield came out great and he was done before 12 pm. I was very happy with the result especially considering it's Christmas weekend and there seemed to be a lot of customers. So with all the bad reviews this is a good one. I can't speak for other people but my experience was amazing especially thanks to Isaiah.

Safelite replaced my Mazda cx5's windshield through my insurance. I noticed that after installing the rain sensing wipers would not work, so I called their warranty department. You have to go through their automated system to get the service appointment, but it was a breeze.. Once it's scheduled, the follow-on process is pretty good, and Jordan, the tech, came out to inspect and advised me what was wrong with the installation. He fixed it promptly and I was very satisfied with the work performed. Really appreciate the warranty support I received.
