The experience here was unfortunately not very good. The restaurant was more than half empty but we were still put on a 30 minute wait. Perhaps they were understaffed but after we were seated there were several mistakes as well. Our salad came with the wrong dressing and they forgot to bring us water. The service was also generally slow and the sanitization wasn't great. The menu was sticky and the table wasn't fully clean. At least the food was good, but I wouldn't go back.

I randomly stopped here with my granddaughters while looking for someplace to eat. Not being from the area I was surprised to see a TGI Fridays as the ones on the Peninsula closed many years ago.We were all very pleased with the service and the food was delicious. It was a great experience. The manager even came by our table and talked to us for a bit. I explained how I used to frequent the one on the Peninsula for many years until it suddenly shut its doors for good. It was nice to sit with my teen girls and enjoy a good meal.It was their first experience and they very much enjoyed their dining experience.Thumbs up to our waitress and the manager for a very enjoyable meal.

I guess a big red flag I should've realized was we came in on a Friday night and there was literally two people eating in the restaurant. Most places you wait an hour. After our experience tonight, I can see why!First there is a smell in there that smells like mop water or mildew. We thought we'd give them a try anyway. Every single thing was overcooked and just dry. Steaks overcooked, mashed potatoes were dry, burgers, wings, cheese sticks all just so dry and inedible. The best part of our dinner was our frozen margarita. Kudos to the bartender, and our waitress was nice, but the food was horrible and the music kept turning loud and then down like going in and out it was so annoying! After a tip we spent $175 in this place and I left feeling like I was robbed.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for better quality food! TGI Friday's is usually decent food too. Not this location though. ?

Recently stopped by around 4pm to get some stuffed potato skins and BBQ. Walked into a deserted restaurant. There were 3 or 4 ladies in a booth by the windows but no staff. Looked around. No one behind the bar. No one to seat us. No employees anywhere to be seen. We waited a good solid 5 minutes still no one. It was kinda creepy. The music ?? was too loud for me and I LIKE loud music. Finally my girlfriend wandered off to the back somewhere out of sight while I stayed near the front door. She came back and said she startled the lady working who wanted to know why she was back there. She told her we've been waiting and couldn't find any employees. With no apology and a bit of an "it's not my job" attitude she came out and sat us at the closest table. This table was so worn I thought I might get a wood sliver if I wasn't careful. After we sat another group came in and waited 2 or 3 minutes and left without getting noticed. The waitress that appeared a few minutes later was pleasant and professional. Eventually other employees surfaced. Someone was behind the bar doing paperwork and was joined shortly by another.I ordered my stuffed potato skins and a chicken Caesar salad. I used to love TGI Fridays potato skins! The skins I got ($15) were bland and small. Tasted like they were frozen and just zapped in the microwave. The salad was ok. The chicken was ok and dressing tasty but the lettuce was not very fresh. It was borderline wilted. My girlfriend liked her BBQ ribs but wasn't a fan of the breaded shrimp which she normally likes.I had found memories of all the times I ate at TGI Fridays but moved away from any of the restaurants and hadn't been in over a decade. I'm not in a hurry to go back. A big disappointment all around.

No one was at the front to greet us to be seated at 9:30pm. Someone finally came 5min later. We chose a booth to sit at and it was comfy. We went through our usual menu questions with the server and ordered lemon waters which came shortly after.I didn't get the server name but she gave off a Wednesday vibe; Didn't really talk too much, replied in monotone voice, and was absolute bare minimum in all actions. We were never checked on and took a while for us to get the check. They were NOT busy at all. They had about 5 servers including the bartender who was training someone. There were probably 6 other groups with 2-4 people in each group at the entire restaurant. We decided on the Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp 2/5. I got hella burned with the mashed potatoes being scalding hot served on the "sizzling platter" that was not sizzling at all. A warning would have been nice! After losing my frontal taste buds, the chicken tasted premade and sou vide not in a good way. It came with melted cheese, fajita style vegetables, and shrimp with marinara.I loved the Jack Daniel's sweet whiskey sauce on the chicken which was the only reason I ordered it. We took extra sauces to go so that we can hopefully meal prep some extra protein.
