Great customer service and everyone at this location (both car and rental truck) personable/friendly. The price Isaac quoted us for the reservation was definitely a great deal for the truck rental. “Everything about monarch truck rentals was great. Please support local companies like this over the big franchises! Their trucks are much better than competitors, the suspension is smooth and doesn’t bounce your cargo like crazy. The windshield is clear and wipers actually work. The rails and tracks in the box are in good condition for securing cargo. And most of all the people are great! Can’t recommend them enough. We’ve rented from them 10+ times.”
