Indian supervisor and one more Indian lady handling passport application is worst, she do not have proper knowledge and lack training, wasted 2+hrs for passport application with newborn. Should avoid them at all cost, they lack proper training. We went to other USPS location in Santa clara staff was knowledgeable and we were able to fill passport application next day. This location and staff is useless.

I came to this USPS location today to get fingerprinted after receiving a job offer from USPS. I clearly explained the purpose of my visit, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
A staff member took me inside and handed me a form to fill out. When I asked where to find the confirmation number, she said I had to go to an FBI website but couldn’t tell me how to access it. She then called another staff member, who was just as clueless. That person told me to go to UPS for fingerprinting (which has nothing to do with USPS), then said I should ask the supervisor. After checking, she came back and said the supervisor didn’t know either and told me to “look it up online” myself. She told me to go to “fbi.com,” which doesn’t even load in Safari or Chrome. When I asked her again to clarify the website, she got visibly annoyed and even rolled her eyes at me.
To make things worse, she then kicked me out of the room, saying “customers aren’t allowed inside,” and told me to figure it out on my own outside.
I’m honestly shocked at how unhelpful and untrained the staff were. No one knew what they were doing, and their attitude toward a confused customer was unacceptable. If you’re offering fingerprinting services, your staff should at least be able to guide people through the process. Extremely disappointing service.

I came in for a Passport Walk-In. It’s honored between 11-12 Tuesday thru Thursday. I was there by 8:45 am and was the first one in walk in. By 9:30 I was called and taken care of. We were greeted and asked to wait in line. Then when they had no other customers, they started processing the walk-ins and were very efficient. They had very good knowledge about passport services. Overall other customers were also taken care of very nicely and with great customer care.

Had an appointment at 12:30 and was waiting for a hour. After a hour they finally helped me I was just standing for a hour wasting my life. Whats the point of an appointment if you gotta wait hella long to finally get helped.
