Great customer service. I went for passport service - the entire process was so smooth and stress free. The picture taken here is 5 times better from external passport picture taking shops.

Mailman delivered the wrong package. Happened a few times... Please read the number on mails before deliver.Updated 12/20/23Really bad with deliveries. Today my package was on the parking lot floor near our condo building. My friendly neighbor picked it up and handed my package to me. This is not the first time mailman didn’t deliver to the correct address. There was one time, my family was at home and the mailman. didn’t knock door…he/she left a notice on the door. Another time, my package wasn’t even delivered, they didn’t even leave a notice. My package was almost sent back to the sender. Smhupdated 12/13/17Post office was nice but not for mail man...Deviled packages to wrong house every damn time. Please read the number correctly... or too lazy to find the right house. "DELIVERED, LEFT WITH INDIVIDUAL" on the website, but I was at home and mailman did not knock the door. =.=

I would say worst customer service but I never get any. They never answer the phone and they tried to make me pick up my own package that the driver could not carry although I paid for the delivery service to my door. UNSAT!!!

I never have trouble mailing my packages and it's always so fast/easy when Khin and her gentleman co-worker is working. Today, I was assisted by Cam and she was extremely unpleasant to work with. I had my package and barcode ready to scan. First thing she says loudly, "That's not priority shipping for return, you can't use this box!". She didn't even scan the barcode. She assumed my item was a return and it wasn't priority. I was shipping a package to a customer..With attitude, she said "we'll see if that's priority shipping".I felt a bit embarrassed because there was a long line behind me and she was so loud about it. Making me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Mind you, I've been her 10+ times before and never had any issues. After she scanned the barcode, she realized she was wrong. Didn't even apologize on her tone or how she acted. Never judge a book by it's cover.

Horrible people and service, I just swing by to get priority mail envelopes, and the lady at the next window asked me for helping her to do the translation to her customers who only speaks Mandarin, so I helped. But minutes later, there was a black/very dark skin man came out and so loud to tell us leave and go to the corner to talk without understanding the whole situation, and those two seniors haven't finish their questions! Not sure if he's discrimination or what, all I know is he's so disrespectful!1st: I had been asked to help two senior customers for translation from the lady who works there but I ended up got rude and unrespectful treat! 2nd: He suddenly came out from the back and directly kicked us out from the counter without understand the situation and the customers needs!3rd: How can we asked for postage information/questions if we go to the go somewhere to talk without understanding the whole situation!!! 4th: After helping, no one ever appreciate me for helping them, not even a simple word thank you but all this s*** and attitude!!!Those people are so low class and rude, treat customers like a s****

The posted price for certified mail was less than what they were charging me and couldn't change it to the posted price. Because of this I decided to not use certified mail. I was ready to pay the posted price.

Worst Post Office!l Been shipping here for almost 6+ months mainly every one to two days. My boyfriend usually scans them in the self service machine but recently got asked to place them in the back. No issue with that but prior to scanning them in the self service we would just drop them off in the cart where they’ll get scanned later. We had a situation where they stole a package that way. They literally never scanned it even after being dropped off in the cart. So that’s when we said it was better to personally scan the packages in the self service machine. Fast forward to now we began putting them in the back just because I do own a small business and we couldn’t do self service anymore since we had so many packages. The first time we started to drop them off in the back and guess what? Our biggest package got stolen. Again the same thing happened it never got scanned. It showed up as “waiting for transit”. The worst thing is that they never scanned it so I can’t even open an investigation. Please be careful! If shipping make sure they scan it to prevent theft.

Fairly typical United States postal service customer service experience. People were nice enough, reasonably efficient, etc. Where I've run into problems with this location is that if the customer service desk is already closed, your options for getting support, mailing the packaged and posted items, etc can be a little bit difficult. Better to go when the customer desk is open.
