Our 2 year old Boxer(Zeppelin) was suffering from major allergies. We took him repeatedly to his vet clinic; however, they couldn’t figure out what was causing the allergic reactions. I finally decided to find a new clinic and the first day we might the team at Veterinary Medical Center, they seemed determined to figure out what caused the allergic reactions and figured out solutions, as well. The team is attentive and their main concern was Zeppelin. Within 2 weeks of their care, Zeppelin was visibly better. I’m extremely grateful to the Doctor and his team. Thank you for prioritizing care for our handsome Zeppelin.

I found the doctor to be very unhelpful and spent half of the appointment telling me about how their pharmacy is the only one I should trust and tried to sell me pet insurance. I will not come back here and you shouldn't either.

I took my cat for neutering there. Initially they told me $250 but once everything done they asked me for $550! I was shocked. They keep adding unnecessary stuff and nothing here is a fixed price like elsewhere. These people are very cunning. Be AWARE!! they might come across as cheap but they add extra stuff! I also took my second cat just for a check up because he was sick. They asked me for $735. This place is insane. I'll never go here again. Go somewhere more professional and better.

Welcome back, Dr. Gill Sr!! Words can not express how grateful we are for him and his excellent staff!! He really helped my kitty Penny get through her pancreatitis. Even though she had to go to emergency care for a couple of days, Dr. Gill always made himself available to us with any questions!! We are VERY GREATFUL for him being there for her aftercare as well!! Our Penny improves more and more each day!! I am truly grateful you were there for us! Thank you ALL!!

I am absolutely astonished by the lack of empathy and professionalism this vet has. He has caused my family an overwhelming amount of stress and heartache when his diagnosis was completely incorrect, even though he claimed he was sure and that there was nothing else we could do.Layla was coming in to see the vet for a follow up after having gone to the emergency vet a few weeks prior for some weakness in her back legs as well as pain. (Emergency vet prescribed her pain medication and crate rest with a high chance of recovery and instructed us to follow up with her regular vet to check in on how she was doing.) At this point, Layla was off of her pain medication and walking pain free so I was hopeful that the vet would have good news, but this was not the case. After examining her back, the vet diagnosed her with Degenerative Myelopathy and explained that Layla would be on pain medication for the rest of her life and that in the upcoming months she would end up paralyzed and lose control of her bladder. He said she would need to come in every few months for blood work because the pain medications could cause other issues. He also stated that she would likely need to be put down within the next 6 months! We asked if there was anything that could be done to which he said no! Completely disregarded the fact that she was already back to normal and that she was also only a 3 year old dog. The vet would not do anything further and just said to call in for her pain medication a few days before she ran out (again she had not needed the medication for the last week). We left the appointment absolutely heartbroken and in tears. After some research on the condition, we decided to see a neurologist for a second opinion and for more clarification on her condition. Today, a few weeks later after this awful visit, we saw the neurologist and found out Layla is perfectly fine! She is healthy and has zero issues or pain and was clearly misdiagnosed. The neurologist was confused on how the vet was able to come to such conclusion with zero imagining as that is the only way to confirm the diagnosis.I am absolutely disappointed with how this vet approached this situation. I am sure that he saw a French bulldog and jumped to conclusions without even taking anything else into consideration. He should have not given us such diagnosis if he wasn’t certain. If he wasn’t an expert on the condition or the breed he should have referred us to a specialist, something he wouldn’t do even after we asked. I am glad I followed my gut, and did not continue the pain medication when it wasn’t needed because I could have been harming her for absolutely no reason.

They come out to ur car and get your pet and you return later, and they bring your pet back out to you. Communication is all done over the phone or at the car during the exchange very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I used to bring all my pets here but now due to their ridiculous prices I'm bring forced to find a more affordable vet. When I first started coming here the exams were twenty five now they are fortyfive. The vaccines were eighteen to twenty, now they are thirty five!!!. Absolute highway robbery and quiet frankly they just care about making money. They are a business after all. And ever since covid they don't allow anyone in the office... Get a grip.

I have been coming to VMC for over 20 years now. Recently, we took my moms dog in to be put to rest and David was so comforting and reassuring, especially since you are not allowed inside due to Covid. He was able to talk to Doctor Gil and they allowed her to go back with her dog in his last moments. David stood with her the entire time since I was not able to go in with her. He even walked her back out to my car. He went above and beyond at a difficult time and we really appreciated it. Thank you.

This place is too expensive. They charge too much and you have to keep going back for the same issue over and over.
