Showed up shortly after opening and was told by Balvinder that they can't help me at all today because there's only one technician. So you're turning down all service or what? How is it acceptable to have one tech at a WALMART?! This is a chain not a mom and pop.

Straight amateurs working there. Went there to buy new tires and get tail-light fixed around 3 pm. Two of the guys stated that they didn't know how to do the work the other two stated their off in 30 minutes so they refused to service my car also they all said none of them knew how to replace my tail-light bulb that went out.... Ppl save your time. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL!!After reading the reviews on this place, I should've known better. A waste of time!! They should get rid of all those young boys and hire older experience men.

Went in for 3 pm appointment; email says just pull up and show barcode. Nope. Had to go inside and wait in line to get checked in. Took them about 20 min to find the tires I had ordered. I gave them my keys and my wife and I waited. After about an hour I asked how long it would be, and there was a woman who had an appointment and had been waiting 2 hours. At the 75 min mark I asked to just get a refund and was sent over to customer service, who told me they couldn’t help because I hadn’t physically received the tires yet. I asked them to call the auto dept and they said they didn’t have a phone?! We went back and by that time they were ready for my car so we figured might as well just let them do it. It took them 15 more min to even start because they were getting yelled at by so many customers. We got out of there around 2.5 hrs after my appointment. The guys were pretty nice and doing their best, but clearly understaffed. They should have communicated when we arrived what to expect. Instead my pregnant wife and I waited almost three hours. I will never go back and am not a big Walmart shopper but will never give them my money.

Short version:Don't expect any kind of help at the center, they don't make appointments, take walk ins, and they don't know how to make an appointment on the app. They also don't answer the phone.Maybe buy the tires online and have someone else put them on because they can't be bothered.I went in to make an appointment for the weekend (because they never answer the phone).They tell me they don't do walk ins or make appointments, I can only do it on the app.How do you do it on the app/website? They don't know.Get on the app, order the tires, make an appointment for those, but the app forces you to go to the website for an oil change, I order the oil, but you can't make an appointment for that. With the less than helpful service I don't want to set up an appointment for one thing, get there and they tell me I can't do the other without making an appointment on the app.If you're not going to help me, can you set up a kiosk where I can acess services and set appointments for your store?People can spend $600 to $1k+ on the tires alone and they treat you like they can't even be bothered. That's fine, there are other places.

Why they not call my boy when they couldn't change his oil due to his oil filter? I feel his pain came here 2 months ago for an oil change and it took 2 hours. I wasn't gonna leave a review but after seeing that guy lose his mind on Tiktok I decided to leave this review.

To be straightforward, just bad customer service and lack of knowledge on the technicians' part (yes, multiple). We simply needed a new car battery so my wife took it in. After 2 hours of waiting, multiple technicians rudely insisted it could be an issue with the starter (which we already knew wasn't an issue) and/or alternator and told her to call a tow truck as changing the battery will "do nothing" with no further explanation. After she asked them to change the battery anyway, it took them at least another hour to change the car battery. That's 3+ hours now. Sure enough, car started right up without any issues and when she got home, I took out a multimeter and tested the voltage accordingly. Of course, no indication at all of issues with the alternator. If you're looking for a place that takes at least 3 hours to change out a car battery while rudely getting false/lazy/speculative insights from the technicians, this is the place for you.

No courtesy at all line always long. If you want headache come to this place i purchase a new tire with them but the destroy my tpms. 4th day coming back they never resolved the issue. Stay away to Anthony not a good guy to talk about car his lazy call manager right away

I can't give them a bad review. I honestly haven't had a problem with their service. You just have to go to their location and make an appointment and be on time for your appointment. That's literally it. I also would like to add they are short staffed in this department so sometimes they close early. So my recommendation is to come to this location early if you desire service in the future after making an appointment in person.

Awful service - they damaged the rim for my car and installed the tire on the wrong sides - the pressure gauges are now up-to-front because they installed it so poorly. The staff were incredibly rude and I have called Walmart customer service to get a new rim for my car :(

Worst experience to krder somthing amd pick it up. In the entire store only one person knows and if she's not there or on brake you need waste your life till you get an answer.

Got 4 tires installed here and am super happy with the result.Went in today with a cancelled appt. but they were able to fit me in immediately, shout out Avril and team. Don't let the negative comments dissuade you from coming, they're made by a bunch of know-it-all's who ask clueless questions and probably wouldn't last an hour working in an autoshop.

Great Work Guys..!! I Purchased 4 Brand New Tires With A Great Deal Online. Had Them Shipped To This Walmart Location Near Me. When I Arrived It Was So Easy. One Guy Was Inside Do What He Do Putting Tires Up From A Shipment While He Ask Me About my Appointment Never Stopped Working - Hard Worker - Calling For The Balvinder To Get My Paperwork In. Great Service Balvinder Paperwork So Easy. He Asked For The Last 4 digits From My Online Purchase. Boom I Then Get The Tire Hazard For The Additional Cause You Know Them Bay Area Pot Wholes With Pull U In.. Back To Them Tires... Lol.. Raymond And The Other Guy/ Hard Worker Hoped On The Car Had It Done In Less Then An Hour.. While The Manager Restock The Store.. They Really On Top Of It In The Auto Center.. PULLUP ITS GOOD..!! THANKS again Crew..

I made an appointment online for four new tires. I showed up 30 minutes early after an hour drive and was told they canceled my appointment because they didn’t have the tires I ordered. I already paid for them online. I never received any cancelation. The response from the man working was to show me his list of appointments for the day that didn’t include me. They did absolutely nothing but push me away with out any apology. I still show my appointment was not canceled andI still show a charge for the tires.

They don’t work to 7:00 pm like the schedule says. They stop around 4:00 for oil changes it seems. That’s lame
