I've been going to this Walmart pharmacy for about four years now, and every single time I go, they have been extremely friendly and helpful, filling my prescriptions or giving me a vaccine. I've also gotten great service over the phone when I've had a question about a prescription. I just love the people who work at this pharmacy.

Great prices, worst customer services. They only hire stupid rude people, or people that do not speak English. You can't ask for help, because no one knows anything. Most pathetic place ever. Again real good prices with horrible everything else. Go to Target instead.

I am not one to complain unless I really get dragged through hell and back and this was for sure one of the worst experiences I've had at any store in my life. I am a very understanding person and today pushed my limits, I went for a pool filter. I was unable to find it myself so my mother and I went in search for help. The first person we asked for help did not understand English (which honestly most don't sadly). The next person we found completely blew us off! I waited at customer service for help and the poor girl was working alone so she was taking a while. While I was waiting for her help there was 3-4 employees socializing, chatting it up in their language and having fun in the toy isle behind me. Many employees passed me going to and from the locker area and none of them asked if they could help me either. Eventually my mom calls to leave and when I meet with her at the front she is again having an issue with people understanding what she is saying. The cashier completely blew off my mom and the guest behind her and walked away. When she finally came back my mom and the guest asked where she went and the started saying she couldn't suspend the transaction then left again. Finally a sweet girl named Sophie helped us check out even though she seemed to be having issues with her own coworkers who weren't helping her or even understanding her English. When we got our receipt we walked towards the door and handed over our receipt to be checked. The receipt lady ignored us saying hello and completely turned her back to us and started yelling at some other guest. After a few moments of watching this my mom and I decided the receipt wasn't important anymore and walked out without it. We were already out the door and the receipt lady started yelling at us too... Long story short? I would give no stars if I could, I wish the employees spoke English and I will probably not be back again. At least Sophie and the corporate guy I called was nice!

I haven't had any horrible experiences here, but none of them have been great either. There have been times when I've asked an associate where an item is and they simply replied they didn't know and didn't attempt to help me further. From then on, I simply use the Walmart App Store finder to help me find the items I need (which is super convenient and helpful!) The lines are very long here and I wish they would open more registers and prepare for the weekend and after work rush. They should also have more associates at the door to check receipts now that they require scanning which takes a lot longer. Another note: the pickup service where you buy an item online and pick it up in store later - this service is also very slow. I waited almost 45-50 minutes to simply pick up an item I could have bought without reserving in half the time. If the item is in store, I recommend you just wait to get in store to buy it instead of sending it to the pick up service (unless the item is in high demand). The pros of this place are that the assortment is great, you can find practically everything you need here. And as always, this place has every day low prices as all Walmart's do!

Horrible!!! Just left there. Went to buy a BBQ grill. Three Walmart workers just ignored us in the garden dept. We stood there for 15 minutes until we approached the workers and asked for help. We were told they were closed. We were then told if we had any questions take it to the cashiers. Rude, Rude, Rude!! The Union City Walmart is the worst one. They should have shut this one down along with the one in Oakland.

First off, people hear this a lot, but it is necessary for me to want to explain why I wish I could give them a no star review. I went in today to get an oil change, nothing fancy. I wasn't getting a tire rotation, or checking my brakes, just a good old fashion simple oil change. I show up at 10am get checked in at 10:07am, he said "it's going to be a minimum of 2 hrs because there are cars ahead of you." I said "ok," it's understandable that there would be a wait. I then leave and go do some shopping and come back at 1:30pm, I ask the lady to scan my sticker, she says "they're still working on it." At this point it has been 3 1/2 hours. My wife and I leave and go to a few other stores in her car and since I had yet to receive a call about my car, we head home after and proceed to call and check in. We then call at 4:00pm (now 6 hours). I get a hold of somebody after 10 minutes and asked about my car they asked for my name which the car was checked in under, and proceeded to give me the wrong year and color, I corrected them and he put me on hold for 30 more minutes before we just left to go back to this Walmart. It is now 4:45 and I'm waiting in line until somebody asks me what I was waiting for, so I informed them and they found my papers, across it is says "Cancelled, unsafe environment." The lady then speaks with the tech, he says "the skid plate in my car was too wide," which is funny because we have been there before for an oil change. So i have to go out to the tech and get my keys. I come back in and ask to speak to a manager, I then wait another 10 minutes. He explained to me they're short staffed and they have an old facility, all of which is understandable. What is not understandable is after 7 hours nobody could call me and let me know they couldn't perform the service, all he would say is sorry there is nothing he can do for me. (I don't know maybe a gift card for my wasted time). My wife then calls corporate who said they would be speaking with the General Manager but also commented how "you could have gone to multiple locations and had multiple oil changes done in that time, that is ridiculous of them to make you wait and not perform the service, or contact you." I then try to call the store one more time at 5:15pm to speak to the General Manger, after 15 minutes Eric answers and I asked for the GM, he says , "one moment," and then I'm on hold for over an hour. Please save yourself time and never come here for an oil change. Or a tire, there were people who were there since 8am and we're still waiting when I left.

Like the rest if I can give this place a 0 star i would. Me & my grandma got here at 1 pm earlier today and 1 associate help me out register my name info and ask for my signature and tire size of my car. He said it would take 40 minute to replace my 2 tires. The tires I wanted to buy was expensive but he said he can sell me a goodyear tires for $74. I was happy because it would be cheap and new. I waited and waited by 4 pm I was still in line waiting for my cars turn. 3 damn hours I ask the manager when will yall fix my car. I witness that after they fix one car it would take at least a 30 to 1 hr break before they fix another car tires. Manager said there no $74 goodyear for sale and his assistant was wrong but I keep on telling him I was quoted for $74. He walk away because i showed him that i wrote the price for the tires. I called my dad because I'm getting mad at how they treat their customers. Also the manager that was wearing yellow vest was lying to other customers saying they can still do service but ended up telling them they cant. That manager told me too he hate to say this but he have to sent me home if I'm in a rush im like nah I'm going wait yall wasted my time already. Me & my dad talk to the assistant manager name derek, he seemed clueless with what he is doing. How do this people get promoted to lead? Either they are lazy and or they need to retool their IQ. After waiting 6 hours they finally changing my 2 tires. Until the nice guy told me the tires for $74 does not fit my rims and I told them u can just change it and give me the expensive one idc as long as you replace it. The nice guy that is fixing my car also said they selling this to you because it is a old tire and year 2017 and he called Derek, the Assitant Manager said your tires ain't size 60r18 its 65r18. I laugh in my brain because how he going tell me that ain't my tire size. It shows that it is 245 60r18. It's either he's making a excuse or real clueless about solving the problen and not making an effort, So I ask can u give me another tire brand. he said that's the only tires they have in stock but I know they have other brands because I ask earlier when I got there at 1 PM maybe because it was getting late and he didnt want to make an effort to look . The other girl manager came out and they listed the $74 and the other goodyear that runs for $100 something plus as defects. They said sorry for not being able to fix it. They wasted 7 hours of my time. As I was about to leave two customers got mad because they left their cars at 8 am and they just started fixing it at 7 pm and one of them told me f*** Walmart employees, I laugh it's TRUE tho worst experience ever. My suggestion to the CEO of this Union City Walmart is to address their customer service, they need to re train how to work right and how to treat their customers right. They need to hire better high IQ Managers and Associate because they are clueless on how to do their job.

Shop at Walmart in union city few days ago and the price on a item was wrong and yet they don't bother to honor the price. What kind of customer service is that? And whenever try calling the store, nobody never answer the phone and some managers there are rude. Need to fix their attitude. Ridiculous shopping there.
