If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Manager is so rude, I was told she would help me as it was a long line. I said ok letHer know I was depositing for a BUSINESS account took my checks left me near a desk. She walked around helped every teller she could then went to a window and was laughing a giggling with another person. Finally she acknowledged me and told me to come up and told me she couldn’t deposit. Made me wait 30min to let me know. What a waste of my time. Went to another wellsfargo had no issue. This place needs to really see who their management is and make sure they are friendly and helpful not rude.

I don’t understand how they only have two bank tellers on a Friday afternoon. Line all the way to the door. Every time I come it’s the same thing.

VERY POOR customer service, and the RUDE management staff is abysmal and shouldn’t be in management especially at a bank. This particular branch is closed on Saturdays, has extremely long lines (8 to 10 customers deep) and wait times to schedule appointments with a banker. I’d rate this Wells Fargo, Union City, Alvarado Rd., as the worst bank in Union City CA.

2 stars because individual employees have been helpful, cordial and valiantly trying to do their jobs. Many are bilingual which is also s huge plus. BUT. What a hot mess. Waited 50 minutes in line today. Out of 10 potential teller windows only 2 humans were working!WFB makes hella money they need to pay tellers a decent working wage to stop the attrition ( old crew all gone) and also staff the shifts w at least 5 tellers. A bank employee tried to credit me a few back as an apology for WFB screwing up my overseas money wire- the bank took it back !And today a woman was using atm inside & her $$$ got STUCK.I feel bad for the staff honestly it was ridiculous.

my dad, a senior citizen went to the bank. took the bus from our place. he wanted to change his address and needed help on setting up his wells fargo app. he was not accomodated and said he needed an appointment. i believe pandemic is over. can you please allow walk-in clients again.

This place is a joke. Don't expect anyone to respond to the phone or by email with any useful information. Your best bet is to set an appointment and go in person, and even then you have a 50/50 shot of getting what you came to do accomplished. Your likely to be told to come back with other information, or be told you will be contacted shortly--which will never happen.

The staff inside are helpful. The 1-star rating is for the fact I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone for multiple days straight. I have tried all hours of the day. Unacceptable.
