Lines are always so long, not enough tellers. They should bring back the business banking lines since covid service has been pretty bad.

As you can tell, I'm not the only one to complain about the horrible service at this Wells Fargo. They are always understaffed knowing that they are usually busy. At 3:50, they're 7 people waiting in line with only two bankers. They're are two females who look like managers who are walking around, looked at the line and did not even say "Sorry about the wait, we will be right with you" or anything of the sort. You would think that when you see a long line, you would either get someone to help or help yourself to get the line down. Another associate is behind her desk working, not even a care in the world about the line. You can get up and take ten minutes to get the line down and get back to your task. This location always has a problem, it's ridiculous. You guys need to figure out a solution and hire more employees.

I received the best customer service from Rakan, he went above and beyond, helping me several times with excellent service each time. I received an excellent interest rate with the Wells Fargo savings account and he was able to even save me money from past issues at another location. I highly recommend Rakan!

Terrible service. After waiting in line for quite a while, I get to the front, ask to open a savings account and they tell me we're closing soon so can you come back another time. Really? There's two people standing around chatting but you can't help me? I'll take my money elsewhere. Definitely won't be back.

I have an account with Wells Fargo. I went in today for WORK. To get change, Only $250 worth of change, for my job at European Wax Center. There was an old lady at the front desk along with 3 other men, around 4pm & she asked me for an account number, which is new. I’ve never been asked for one before, many of my coworkers have been up here to get change as well. She was definitely profiling me & being nasty. I should have asked for her name & a manager but I rushed out because I was AT WORK & didn’t want her ruining my day/character. So if you don’t know how to do your job properly, than maybe you should be working at A BANK!!!

This is my first time at this branch . I believe in Customer Service....I can not believe my eyes the long wait (line out the door) only 2 tellers...where is the Branch Manager to step in ??♀️. I'm hearing people complaining left/right....also reading the reviews... clearly they do not care or not reading the reviews/do not care about Customer Service. I will give this branch another chance ...if I have experience this again...I will wait and go to my branch where they thrive on Customer Service..

There is a bank teller there that discriminated against colored people. She turned down an African American trying to cash a payroll check he received in the mail away because he opened his mail prior to entering the bank. Then when I went to cash my personal paycheck that had the Wells Fargo name on it she looked at me and asked me for two forms of ID which I provided then lied straight to my face and said the funds were not available. I then went to another check cashing location and for a small fee of $3.00 they cashed the check no two forms of ID just CA Drivers license and phone number. I believe the bank tellers name at Wells Fargo was Jennifer she was of Asian descent but American I’m sure. I would never do business with a bank that discriminates people based on their looks and that’s exactly what she did as if I was trying cash some sort of fraudulent check.

I’m actually closing my accounts today for all sorts of reasons. 1. Their is never a good time to run it you will wait at least 20-30 minutes I’ve experienced this with every branch I’ve been in. 2. They are constantly blocking my card while I’m doing a transactions this happens ALOT it’s very frustrating and embarrassing, I have to go through the 3rd degree with a automated system go through my last 10 transactions, then get transferred to a live person, mind you I have stepped out of line it’s horrible & embarrassing. It’s so much more, I expected better service from WF, I will return to my old bank.

this scum bag location has a defective ATM that has eaten $305 of mine and i was never reimburst.DO NOT USE THE ATM to deposit cash over here! it will jew you and youll realize you are missing bills when it returns it back to you

This branch has terrible customer service. I use them for personal and business banking. The last couple of times I went to make a deposit for my business they were closed and there was a note in the window stating technical difficulties. I understand that a situation may arise that warrants a closure though I have never experienced this until now. My main complaint is every time I go there which is a couple of times a week they only have 2-3 tellers working. The part that drives me crazy is they will have a couple of employees walking around with their I-pads asking if they can help you. As soon as they come to me and see that I'm there to make a business deposit they either say "the teller will have to help me or thanks for my patience". all I'm thinking is why don't you get behind the counter to help your customers. I use this branch because it's convenient but with there problems I've had to go to the branch at either Southland or on A St. Neither of these branches have someone walking around with I-pads or greeting me, they just take better care of their customers.

This Wells Fargo branch says they have their own policies which may be independent from corporate Wells Fargo. Corporate Wells Fargo informed me to get a document notarized at a local Wells Fargo branch. This branch however says they do not do notary services for non Wells Fargo clients. But corporate Wells Fargo has no such policy.

I came to this Wells Fargo today. The parking is not hard. But I don't see electric charging station here. I'm here to deposit cash into my bank account and close another old account.The wait time is about 20 min which is kinda long that I don't expect this long. The staff is quite efficient in answering my questions about how to make sure and verify my account is closed. Just the wait time can be shorter. Their staff welcomed me with nice smile which I appreciate it. Due to COVID, everyone is wearing mask inside. Make sure have your mask ready before enter.

Worst customer service from the manager. They laughed after telling me they're unable to deposit a check because of name discrepancy. I understand that they're unable to do anything but to laugh afterwards is very unprofessional.
