Had to stop by because I forgot my foundation on vacation. The associates I encountered were amazing and led me to the right product quickly so I could get on w my vacation. It was a great shopping experience. Thank you!!!

By the end of our visit, we accidentally left a Universal Studios cup in the store. When we reached the car, my daughter went back to ask about it. One cashier confirmed they had found it, but another employee denied it on August 12 around 9 PM. This was unexpected and disappointing. Since it was a long day and I was already in the car, I couldn’t go back in to resolve it. However, such inconsistent and dismissive attitudes from staff are not what I expect from Sephora. If this is the level of service, it makes me think twice about returning.

I went to this store last month and return an item, i told the cashier to put it in gift card and i even asked if i can use it online because i dont have a car, that's why i usually order online, and she said Yes! I even repeat it to her and she said "absolutely"! And now that i'm going to order online, i found out that the card is only in stores only. I didn't see it when she gave it to me bec we're in hurry goin to universal studios park, I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this. The stores are so far from my home that's why i always order online and i dont have a car. To the manager please tell your staff to listen carefully to your customers and inform customers properly. This is not right telling me that i can use this online!

customer service is okay.this is one of the few stores that doesn’t take annual pass discounts. they are also hiking up the prices to a lot of brands. they don’t do anything about the annoying 8-14 year olds destroying the drunk elephant stall. what awful direction sephora is heading to. but seriously no discount. how awful

I was excited to go Sephora because I received a gift card for Christmas. I was planning on buying full face makeup items. When I got there, I'm not sure what I did wrong because as I went into the Urban Decay aisle, one worker came up to me and asked if I needed help but she didn't sound nice about it. I said "no, thank you", she left and not 10 seconds later another worker approached me and asked if I needed help. She also didn't sound nice about it. I had about 5 different employees ask me if I needed help in a very short amount of time and all of them sounded very off. Finally, after I found a lipstick shade that I liked, I was talking to my friend about it, and another worker came up to me and was like "Can I help you?" I told her I couldn't find the lipstick shade for purchase and if she could check for me, if there was any chance it could be in the back and she instantly got defensive and said "No, we don't keep anything in the back." She stared me down. It felt like she was treating me like a thief. I felt incredibly targeted, and the workers were hostile. I ended up going to the Sephora at the Burbank Empire Center. The staff there were great and incredibly kind and helpful. A stark difference to the treatment I had received. STAY AWAY from this Sephora. Especially if you're excited to buy anything, their hostile and rude customer service will ruin the experience.
