I’ve been going to this gym for about 4 months now and over the course of time a lot of their weights have gone missing. Not sure where they are but for this being a non 24 hour gym it’s pretty messy. You would think by the end of the night the workers would gather the weights and put them back since they close at a certain time but unfortunately it’s still a mess in the morning. I’m hoping they fix the weights issue. Until then I give it only 1 star.

Pretty decent gym, started going here now for a few months and the men’s bathroom and urinals have looked the same since I’ve been going. Looks like they have never been scrubbed or cleaned. The whole bathroom area needs a deep clean the urinals stay filthy. I go around 6-10am. Other than that pretty good gym. I’ve started to see them clean a lot more since I started going so that’s a plus. One day at a time.

This place is very dirty you can tell it’s not a few days missed but maybe months there’s caked on dust on all the machines and underneath every equipment, only 2 tvs work, there’s never any paper towels and it’s hard to find sanitary sprays, hardly any staff idk if hours are being cut at this location but you guys need to allocate more hours for this location to run properly I’ve never seen a 24 hour fitness like this, members pay good money to workout here and every location should be held to the same standards no matter how small or where they are located at. I hope to see immediate improvement & not just a thank you for my review and a generic response like I see on the other reviews.

I have noticed the level of cleaning at this gym has really gone down. Over the past four days I have watched the same trash and bottles be left in the locker room in the same places. I’m very surprised, I figured after coming back from bankruptcy this company would do everything to grow the business. I have been a long time customer for over 14 years, it’s kind of sad to see the quality of cleanliness go down. I would say that’s the most important thing a lot of people look for beyond amenities when looking for fitness facility options. Hopefully management is able to start to fix this or maybe a change in management is what’s necessary. Either ways I hope this issue gets resolved.

My membership was "frozen" during Covid. I wanted to start back at the gym but found out I needed to completely renew my membership! And it's an extra $50 a year on top of my monthly membership! And, come to find out the gym now has horrible hours!! And to add insult to injury, there is now a swim school using the pool from 3pm-7pm! I only use the pool at the gym. And now there are 2 lanes CLOSED TO PAYING MEMBERS!!!! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I should have my dues REDUCED as I cannot access the one feature of the gym that I pay for! There is a public YMCA down the street that this "school" could use. However, 24 (or lack there of) Hour Fitness chooses profit over members. Absolutely horrible business practice and terrible customer retention policies!

Shower Stalls and toilets in the women’s section need to be cleaned on the daily. Slime is growing in the shower stalls. I shower after my workout and i witnessed the same ball of hair in the same shower stall i had showered the previous week before. Staff is definitely not interested in taking care of this facility. I take pride in cleaning up after myself why is this gym always filthy. This is unacceptable. I am disgusted & Management needs to be held accountable. Why does Management continue to hire staff that doesn’t care about the facility.This is a health hazard and i will be reporting to corporate.

Simply for layout and overall convenience, fine gym, but the manager is awful. Ill informed on policy and presents with a unnecessarily intimidating demeanor.There’s been a lot of turn around with staff and often times the front desk is not staffed. Staff can be found behind their desks avoiding interactions and missing out on sales or flirting with certain customers.

This place is closed at 2:00 pm on a Sunday. The gym is always closing early. They need to change the name from 24 hour gym to never open gym.

Front desk Staff needs to be retrained on customer service and professional conduct. Especially a young guy named Charlie.They stand around and watch you work out its very unsettling. They also discriminate you and are only nice to you if you look a certain way. There is also no music playing and there's always dust bunnies everywhere. Lockers are a mess including the restrooms. Staff needs to be completely retrained or replaced because members should not have to feel unwelcome or worry about being watched during each visit.

Great staff! My home gym. I do go to other 24hr fitness when I'm out of the area but nothing compares to my home gym Upland!

The GM here is top notch. Extremely helpful with my membership issues. Also, the sauna at this particular location is at the right temperature setting and the door seal properly.

Signed up for some training classes but subsequently canceled per the contract in a timely manner. I went in person to discuss the matter to the center in upland where I had contracted for the lessons. When entering there were two employees standing in the back of the front desk talking. They looked at me briefly without acknowledging me then resumed their conversation. Eventually one of them approached me with a blank look on his face and said "what do you want?" I told him, he said someone would be out to talk to me, he then walked off resuming his conversation as before. I continued to stand at the counter eventually the same individual approached me and said "go sit down" with the same blank stare on his face. A representative came out, I told him what I wanted. He looked at the contract said it was past the five days I had to cancel ( its was not) and told me that someone would call to discuss the matter but, they were not there at the time. I subsequently received no phone call. This matter is still pending. Pathetic customer service.

Old machines, older people. It's clean, well maintained, and the staff is nice. Its a good place to get those gains or just do some cardio and use the sauna.
