My buddy and I were driving to big Bear when his BMW blew a Fuel pump controller on the highway and we had it towed here. They were super helpful and gave us a free print out of all the codes and were able to deduce the problem within what seems like only a few minutes. We live out of town and my friend ended up using AAA to get it towed to his own mechanic because we were unable to stay in town, but Eric the manager was super nice and allowed us to park the car at the shop overnight, everyone there was extremely Helpful. If you have a German car I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again Eric

I would highly recommend going here before going to the dealership for any service issues. They have saved me a lot of money and are always very honest and knowledgeable about what needs to be done to be done to my car.

I met many mechanics in my life as well as been to shops and dealerships. Hands down, the best Mercedes-Benz and BMW shops and mechanics. Thank you to the owner, Eric, for your genuine concerns and help. The price is moderate and always doable. Definitely not dealer prices. If you have you light on or just want to make sure you're good. It's $150, not bad, plus they help you more than what they have to. Great service, great people. Thank you again Eric.

Josh gracefully handled our mini cooper. Josh diagnosed the known problems and effectively communicated the best course of action - even if that involved less profit for the mechanic/auto shop.
Shop owner Eric Sweiss has the most down to earth personality. He’s as quick with a joke as he is to empathize with car owners. He recognized this difficult period for us and billed us accordingly. Although not expected, we are very thankful and grateful for the service received at Akbar’s. Exceptional service all around, 5/5

It was my first time going to this shop last week but I wish I started going to them sooner. I went in very overwhelmed & stressed out due to my engine light coming on after I saw a previous mechanic.
The minute I walked in Eric & the team immediately gave me a peace of mind that I was in good hands. It’s very hard to have those kind of experiences in the “mechanic/car shop world”- they were very honest and transparent to what needed to be fixed.
