Go somewhere else. Everyone I've talked to at this agency is so rude and bitter. Eric Chong was the absolute worse and he was basically yelling and talking over me when I was asking a question. He was no concept of customer service. There are so many other insurance agencies that provide the same policies with great service. Avoid this place and avoid Eric. One star is one too many for this guy.

This place used to have great customer service . My agent Dori left the agency ( tho they tell you she still works there and pass you around on hold numerous times ) . I can't understand the agent as the accent is so strong . There is no customer service anymore this company went from A+ to F quick after changing staff . I would not recommend them .

My broker and others were let go for some unknown reason yet this company never informed me. In addition Liberty Mutual wasn't renewing wasn't informed by this company left me hanging horrible had to find insurance from another broker
