The staff was great. I was greeted as soon as a walked in. Jose answered all my questions and made sure I understood the promotion and walked me through the process step by step explaining everything. Being in sales myself I was very impressed by Jose's professionalism and patience with all my questions! AT&T Upland on Mountain Ave has earned my business thanks to Jose N!

I needed to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one. Technology is not my thing so I went to the store on Campus three times assuming each time I'd get help with what I needed to do. Each time I was told that I could do it myself at home and they could not do it there because of blah blah blah despite my being told upon purchase that I would only need to bring it in. I tried three times to do it at home but was unsuccessful. As stated, technology is not my thing and each time I was given vague instructions and each time I had to go back to seek more help. Finally, I got the idea to go to another branch, this one on Mountain. Lo and behold, I was not given the runaround but Manny worked the correct magic and within a half hour, the problem was solved and I was on my way. WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE CAMPUS BRANCH?

Customer service has gone out the window. From the time I told the person helping me that I was not there for an upgrade, his demeanor and level of attention was gone. The so called manager was helping me but would get up to help someone else, take a private phone call outside, then while I was providing information to a rep on the phone (at his direction) he decided to yell across the room to a customer sitting a waiting area. The rep had to ask me 3 times to repeat because of the yelling in the speaker. At this point I had enough of his being rude and not helpful and said that his customer service has been a joke thus far in comparison to the rep on the phone. This made him literally jump out of his chair and get within 4 inches of me and started yelling loudly that I need to leave his store and that if I did not he would call the cops. On what basis I'm not sure. I kept my tone and composure all while the store manger was having a yelling match getting in my face and ear. All the while the rep helping me on the phone was listening. I did not leave the store as I was trying to complete my transaction and told the manager this. He said, "good luck getting anything done on your account." At which point I replied, "are you threatening to do something to my account?" This made me nervous as he account has access to well, all my details such as address, etc. The rep on the phone heard all of this and said she would be able to help me without his help and that I should leave and she'd provide the phone number to make a complaint about this store manager. She said a manager of all people should never be yelling like that. He's there to help and diffuse issues not make them worse. It was unbelievable to me that this even happened when I went there for help. Never would I have thought that the manager was the one helping me because from the start, he was not helpful.

I have to give the store representative JOSE a 5 star review, he is the best store representative I have ever had. JOSE was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I owned his a 5 star review.Me and my girlfriend went to this store on 5/23 Wednesday. My situation is a little complicated, and he tried his best to help me solve the problem, just like solving his own problem.To ATT management: Please acknowledge that JOSE is a really awesome employee and he deserves the best.Thanks again

What a difference a store makes! The team at the Grove store in Ontario could learn a lot from the folks here.Aislah spent nearly two hours troubleshooting two different activation issues. Within the first 10-15 minutes of being in the store, she had my iPhone 14 activated. This is after I spent hours on the phone, was promised three callbacks from phone support, and was basically told to get lost from the Grove store.Aislah and her manager are the best. I will be coming back to this store for any future needs. Best experience I've probably ever had at ANY wireless store, regardless of company.

I arrived at this store at 8:10pm to buy the new iphone 14 pro. Online, over the phone, and on the store window it states that this store closes at 9:00pm. The doors were locked, while 4 employees sat in chairs on their phones, eating, and drinking sodas. I knocked on the door and one of the employees waved at me to leave from across the store yelling they were closed. I rushed from work to arrive before they closed only to be shoed away as if I’m not a paying customer with money in hand. Absolutely disgusting. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
