Going here instead of an AT&T corporate store cost me several hundred dollars. Once the equipment was delivered to me that I needed these guys could not help me set it up and just care to answer any questions for me once I was signed up. When I brought my bill and they told me false information. you're gonna end up spending a lot of time trying to filter through everything I would highly recommend not going here

I called to speak to the assistant manager regarding a purchase she was helping me with and instead I encountered Joseph who answered the phone. He was extremely rude and when I originally asked for his name he asked me "why? We don't need to give that information". I asked to speak to the manager and he said "I am the manager". I said "your customer service is horrible". He then said "we are busy right now" and then hung up on me. Come to find out Joseph in fact is not the manager. How you can have an employee with such horrible customer service and that impersonates a manager is beside me.

Went in to transfer my old iPhone to my new one young kid was an idiot not busy said there internet was slow LMFAO basically the idiot didn't want to do it. Been w/ att for 30yrs probably time to switch for various reason. Absolutely no customer service, actually wouldn't have trusted this knucklehead to do it anyway definitely will complain to Corporate. Stay away!!!!

This place hires scam artists!! They do not training their employees and they promote individuals who are disrespectful lairs. They have been adding charges to my bill that I was never told about nor asked for. Whoever owns this location needs to do better. I do not recommend going to this location even if you're getting a simple charging cord. I will be filing a complaint against this store. Please look for a corporate AT&T store you'll be better off!!

This is not a corporate store. They run off of commissions and falsify their sales to make more money off you. If you use this store keep track of your bills because they will add items on that you never agreed to or lie on how they are selling their products. My gf had a tablet added onto her line without her knowledge and without signing up for it. She was also told she was gonna get a free Apple Watch as part of a promotion with switching to an iPhone. She's being charged and has been paying off the watch. If you have issues at this store you can't go to a corporate one to get help, everything has to be done in house here. This place is a joke and absolute scam. Go to a corporate store instead. You have been warned

Mariah, the assistant manager, has the worst attitude. I went in to have my old number transferred to my new phone, but instead of helping me she sat on her phone the whole time. I asked her how to activate the phone, she says to go on the website. I ask her for the URL and she says, "At&T activate." Okay...I could've googled that myself but whatever.I had two phones in my hand and she was giving me poor directions verbally, one of which she was telling me, "put it on airplane mode" as if I know which phone she is referring to. After a few moments of the worst customer service and not getting anywhere with her direction, I told her I don't know which phone is supposed to go on airplane mode. I could've called if I was going to get verbal directions. I told her she has terrible customer service and should be helping me instead of being on her phone. She said, "don't worry about what I'm doing and I figured you would know which phone I'm referring to." How would I know? I'm here for help! You're on your phone tracking someone's location on your iPhone instead of helping me! Mariah, you work at AT&T for a reason.

The manager with one person in the store tollme was a 20 min waiting period, I agree the she ask me few questions and claim she can not help me to The app. She claim o need to call 611. She refuse to provide service .. I request the manager and she claim she was the Manager.Disgrace.

It is Sunday Oct 8th at approx 530 pm. I walked into this store for help. No one was in the store... I stood there for 10 min knocking on both employee door for help. A girl came out ... she was looking annoyed that I was there asked me what I need. I asked her for help to transfer my new Iphone 15 from my old phone. She acted confused like What to you mean.. I think my request was pretty simple. I told her I needed help activating my new phone. She said you can do that at home.. it's late , that it takes 3 hours to transfer and I am about to close. ATT needs to do better and teach there staff about good customer service. I left and will try to figure it out on my own.

This place is a joke and the employees are scamming people by signing them up for protection plans ($17.99 a month) and the next program ($6 something) without letting them know. I called trying to reach a manager but they play games and pretend to be the manager when clearly they are not. I asked for the managers name and they wouldn't give it to me. I'm sure they do this to everyone to get commission which is the reason they won't tell you the managers name. So I had call corporate to report it. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say this place isn't there a year from now!

My husband bought me a new IPad Pro and this particular store where it was purchased can seemed to help me get the IPad linked to the correct phone number so I can start using it. Every time I come into store they tell me they do not have any SIMs cards to help me. I left my phone number on Sunday to call me when they got them in and they did not. Then when I came in on Wednesday they stated they got them on Monday and already distributed them. No one seems to be helping me out. Currently waiting on manager to help me to see when I can get it fixed or I will return it. Customer Service is lacking in this store. What happened to good service?????

Wow! I see this store has pretty bad reviews and now I know why. I tried ordering the new iPhone online but my order was cancelled and I was advised I needed to visit a store to confirm my identity, I assume because I just moved. I walked into a store with no employees on the floor, after waiting about 5 minutes someone appeared from the back and had no idea what I was talking and went to retrieve who I can only assume to be the manager, though from a manager in customer service I'd expect more. She advised me in a condescending manner "I cannot just type in confirm identity, I can't do that" and provided no other options. So we sat in the lobby and called AT&T, which seems a little ridiculous being that we were AT an AT&T store. We came in for customer service, you'd think they'd provide it by making the call for us and sorting out this mess, but apparently not. During our call to AT&T all employees returned to the back room leaving us alone on the floor, again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Update: Still on the phone in the parking lot and I've watched 3 people walk in and immediately out commenting "There's no one in there!"

Do not go here. They will not help you. I had an connection issue with my daughter's Apple Watch and the senior employee told me to just reset it and they cannot do anything else since we didn't buy the watch at their store(Sits down on the table and starts scrolling on his phone, this guy has no interest in helping me with my issue, I'd be embarrassed if he was my employee, the other gentleman was trying to help but you can tell he was new). Even though it was a AT&T connection issue, watch works fine. Lazy workers with bare minimum knowledge of their product, went to the AT&T store near Milliken and they helped us troubleshoot the possible issue of Wifi being turned of that's why it could be interfering with the connection. Checked our account to make sure it was set up properly and took their time to assist us. Go there instead, employees are respectful and willing to actually troubleshoot my issue.

My parents went to the store to dispute a bill. Someone opened up a new account from Florida using my parents’ identification and address. My parents took the bill to this store and the employees refused to look at the bill. My parents, obviously concerned with their stolen identification and fraudulent bill were disconcerted. After a short conversation with Mariah she said she has the right to refuse service and sent them on their way. All my parents wanted was for her to tell them who to contact if that store wasn’t the correct location since they are a third party contractor. The employees didn’t even know what the phone number is for a corporate store. They said to Google it. It’s upsetting the two employees there treated my parents this way after being loyal customers for over 20 years. Because of the poor customer service they will be switching providers for all of their phones.
