So slow here. They are also racist here if you're not white they will not help you. They only let people of color get helped from their POC employees. This poor old lady had showed up for an appointmnet and was told she would have to come back in 3 hours to see a banker. Everyone there looks sad and miserable. I tried to open a checking account and was told I had to wait, but it should be real quick since one lady was just sitting at her desk. She went to the backoffice and just hung out with her managers and they just spent the time chit chatting and not helping anyone. I guess she was too busy catching up about her plans for the weekend to actual help a cutomer. You can here their conversations spill right into the lobby. So sad the other branch closed on Foothill. That one was the good one. They should have closed this one instead.

I went to this location yesterday while being out in Upland. I passed through the drive thru to get some cash out and I received a notification this morning that someone tried to take out money out of my account today!! Had to call and cancel and now wait until my new one arrives.

What a good experience opening an account for my family member with Serina Sanchez. I've been at this branch over 20 times doing business banking and the wait were so long before. However, we were greeted and service within minutes and we didn't made an appointment. Serina explains to my family member in detail and help us through the apps and BofA available financial services.

Avoid this place like the plague if you can. They have 2 older ladies as cashiers. Average transaction will take you 30 minutes. I came to simply deposit a check and one of the computers "went down". So now only one cashier who is the "business line"! Then I realize one line is for "business clients" who get to go through before the rest of us in line for over 20 minutes. I went next to the "business side", as it was my turn, and the lady in line who just came into that line got mad saying I'm on the wrong lane. Look, When a computer goes down and you have only one cashier now, you in the business line got to also wait in line, like the rest of us, and no one cares if you are a "business owner" in the exclusive line, everyone's time is valuable! The bank needs to do a better job to facilitate all this nonsense! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can.

I'm here I'm line and am just reminded of how horrible this branch is. Two tellers and a bunch of customers waiting in line with the look of disgust and annoyance on their face. That includes me as well. I think so far, about 30 minutes passed and they serviced 4 customers. Still got 5 customers ahead of.. so you do the math.

Came here to make a withdrawal from my business account. Waited in line and once my turn the teller close and put a sign "next teller" - no eye contacts or telling other that the business client has been waiting. What is worst is the supervisor was standing there about three feet. Came back couple more time and it's like the DMV lines. C'on BofA management get more teller to help your customers.

If I could give thus bank 0 stars I would this bank is the worst it takes 30-45min in line no matter what time i come in.I have never seen more than 2 tellers open at a time hopefully the bank can hire some more tellers so people don't have to spend thier whole day here.

Horrible customer service. Devin Gonsalves is the worst. He is the rudest employee. My mom went there to do some banking and he didn't help her when it was her turn and instead made her wait longer for another teller to access her security box. Once she got to the teller, the teller says Devin was supposed to help her. My mom asked him why he didn't get her her security box in the first place and he actually exchanged words with her...when it came time for my mom to leave, he started to mockingly tell her "have a nice day." She ignored him, and he kept repeating, "have a nice day." What a child.

I came here at Bank of America (BofA) in Upland to help my Mom exchange some money for larger bills. Unfortunately, after I waited in line for about 45 minutes, I found out that I wasn't able to exchange the money because my Mom was not with me at the time and I don't have an account with BofA. I guess they were concerned that the money may have come from other means and did not trust anyone else other than the customer to exchange the money. Strangely enough, other BofAs allowed such exchange of money even when my Mom wasn't present. I guess not all BofAs follow the same protocols. Anyway, I will not be returning to this branch ever again unless it is the last BofA standing and my Mom needs to take care of stuff here. There is a reason why I don't bank at BofA! LOL

Seldom use this bank and account but I attempted to log in and check my account. It took three attempts to finally log in. I found that the bank charged me $2.50 for each attempt. $ 7.50 to just look at the account. This is the type of stuff this bank is known for. Im closing my account for good!

Awful experience at this BoA Branch. The teller Edith was very unprofessional. Worst experience dealing with her. Made me feel unwelcome. Time to pull my money out of this bank and go to an establishment that deserves my money. Very rude. Tried to Cash and Deposit a check. Seems like this place doesn’t even have enough money to cash a check. Sad this is what has become of BoA. Will NEVER return and I’m going to be closing all my business accounts with them after this weekend.
