Horrible place, shitty service and won't cash your check if you look even remotely dirty (we are auto detailers), wouldn't cash our check and couldn't even disclose why (obviously prejudiced against laborers), don't do business here, garbage ass branch

Absolutely the worst BofA around, bank tellers are slow, don't care, and worse indifferent towards you. One teller this morning and a line of the door the manager of the tellers just walked away to go to the break. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

Worse branch I've ever been to. Ridiculous lines and tellers are clueless. The branch "manager" Emma was no help so ended up moving my accounts to CITI.

Lines are always long and with just one or two tellers. The bankers in the cubicles won't help you. I just wanted to drop off a visa payment and I was told I had to wait in line. Painful...

I would leave a lower score if I could. Two tellers for a line of a dozen people? Here because local branch is closed. The excuse is they are low on employees to handle the extra customers who are forced to come over from closed branches. And their employees have to be able to go to lunch. It's 2:50 pm. The worst in corporate America.

We were there to close a account , we had a appointment at 9 am. We walked in at 9 on the pin. Was greeted by a pleasant lady who directed us to Willow. We waited less than a min and then did our business . One to ten the experience was a ten. This young lady was extremely pleasant and got the job done. Would recommend seeing her for account opening or closing. Was nice to deal with someone who cared . More than impressed

Been banking here for 20+ years HONESTLY DONT KNOW WHY??? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service Making it a point to take my money somewhere else. Told rep right away what I needed. Waited 40 minutes to open a safety deposit box to be told I needed to make an appointment. I left mad came home to call to make an appointment only to be told they aren't taking appointments. REALLY??? Can't believe this crap or the people who work there.

Since this is one of the few B of A's open, most of us have no option but to come here for the services that cannot be done online. The staff looks tired and run down and not a single one of them is friendly, especially on the teller side. Every one of them seems disgruntled. This location already had poor service prior to the pandemic and now is only worse. These people literally do not give a crap about you or what you are there for, they just want you out of their faces. Its almost as bad as the DMV, honestly. It takes forever to get anything done there no matter how long the line is. The only friendly people might be those trying to hook suckers into their ridiculously high loans they offer, who also pull people from the line when they have questions, only to put them back in making the line that much longer for new people walking in. Hey branch manager: have some dignity and train your people better, especially Omar and the ladies behind the counters. Maybe this just shows the company's over all values in this day in age and no one cares. Doubt this is get a response. Good luck to you poor souls that need to do business here as often as I do. I dread this god for saken place and have no other choice since my company banks here, not me.

Went in this morning without an appointment but arrived at 9:00am. Once the bank opened they took us in and the lady in a blue coat helped us and said she would get us in as soon as possible. But she was just standing around with her clipboard and when we asked if she could help us with a 5 minute wire she said she was busy with appointments, even though she continued to stand around. She said she could help us find another location near by, rather than take the 5 mins to help us. We were very disappointed with her customer service. We drove to the other location and they helped us right away, even though they appeared to be more busy. I would recommend driving to the location on Euclid and Foothill, or changing banks to find a bank that will accommodate you with reasonable customer service.

Emma was unable to provide any services we needed while answering our questions condescendingly. We will not be returning to this location due to Emma's bad attitude.

This branch is very incompetent. Scheduled an appointment with a Notary. I meet with Sally and first she tells me I didn't specify I wanted to meet with a notary and I tell her when I scheduled my appointment I selected the option that I needed a notary. Then she tells me she forgot her notary stamp....if you are a notary why wouldn't you always bring that to work with you. So she schedules me with their other notary for a week later. I go back and Martha helps me. She signs the form and sends me on my way. I mail my form and get it sent back because Martha didn't put her notary seal on it. I call to make ANOTHER appointment with Martha and Christina informs me I can't make a appointment with Martha because they don't know when she is coming back. So now I am a month behind getting these forms out and now I have to get another form because Martha has her signature all over my original form. Why offer a service if you guys don't know what you're doing? I have never tried using a notary thru BofA and don't think I ever will. Also on the phone with Christina she tells me they have NO notary there and I literally made a appointment with their branch with a notary while I was on the phone with her. I asked her why was I able to make a appointment with a notary if they don't have one and she said oh the website doesn't know when people call out. The appointment was a week out so that's not a valid excuse cause then a customer will show up expecting a notary and they'll be disappointed just like me. Train your notary better, get your scheduling together and offer better customer service because I have been a customer of yours for over 15 years and this was unacceptable.

The banker was extremely rude and inappropriate in nature scoffing and subtly saying such rude remarks and refusing to service me properly. They also need a change of dress code, and coaching on how to properly provide customer service.

I wish I could give this banking center no stars! Isaura Estrada is the vice branch manager. When I came in to cash 2 checks she told me I couldn't because they were made payable to my husband, whom I have Power of Attorney over and have for YEARS! She told me the POA has limited restrictions! What?! She is 100% absolutely wrong and uneducated about what a POA is! Sad that Bank of America puts someone in charge & that person tells the teller & customers wrong information! Filed a complaint with corporate but I was still inconvenienced to go to another branch were they happily did their job & cashed my checks. Do not use this branch! Better yet, go across the street to Chase!! I should have done that in the first place!

I have had occasional interactions with this branch, not by choice. I am not a member but when I have had checks written from BoA and would try and cash them here. I didn't choose this bank to deal with. Usually there is some need of manger approval or a fee. Yes, a fee to withdraw money from a check that was cut from their bank. When I inquire more about this fee as it relates, the attitude is taken as if I'm question the teller personally. I wasn't rude, didn't yell, didn't sigh, yet the teller seemed more and more frusterated as I asked more about this policy. After seeing their policy, dealing with poor customer service, I still get asked if I would like to open an account with them.... I get the policy is not the tellers control, but the rude behavior is. 2 stars because on occasion, a transaction does go smoothly, but many of my visits unfortunatly have been met with poor attitudes.

The manager here will order $200 worth of food from Doordash and only tip the driver $5. Literally every time. Scumbag cheap losers.
