The manager is rude and knows nothing about customer service. She is mean and I over heard her talking down to one of the associates there. I have never met someone so rude and manipulative. She needs to get fired.

Had the worst customer service the other day! One "manager" had no experience another was old and grumpy while trying not to honor BATH AND BODY WORKS actual promotions and app rewards!! I have never had a bad experience all these years but that left a unpleasant feeling walking out. I will more likely go to the Rancho location or the Mills...I think they need to bring more seasoned experienced personnel to help or teach this location?

This location is on my home with easy access to the freeway. They seem to consistently be out of some items (lip tint), and of course the prices have gone up, so it's advisable to look for deals and coupons.

Disappointed by service today. There were many employees and they were so busy talkimg to each other and stocking store they barely noticed I was there and seemed bothered when I interrupted their conversations.

Walked in around 630pm on a Thursday (8/4/22). The store wasn't busy at all. There was a sale lady , Valarie, standing near the door. I received no greeting which was fine with me. When I asked her whether there was more of one item, she acted like I bothered her. She didn't even move to the location where the item was displayed and just quickly said that's all they had. So I went to keep on looking myself and I found at least 15 extra ones behind the display shelf. Basically I did the work she was supposed to do, refill the display shelf. I give 2 stars just because I found the item I was looking for. Valarie gets 0 star and the management & HR should be responsible for this low grade customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went in at 11am and no one helped me. All the girls were in the back talking , and when I got to the register “The only girl who was charging was super rude , I kept asking her question and she will replied as “uh Uhhhh, yeah, “ I though they will b the ones to ask you questions . I’m sorry but today you guys had A REALLY BAD WORKERS !!!

I walked in and was not greeted. The two employees standing by the door looked at me and continued to have a conversation. Seconds later an older woman walked in they greeted her immediately and proceeded to ask her what she needed and gave her the information on the deals for the day. She turned, looked at me and continued doing whatever she was doing prior. I'm hoping that this had nothing to do with the fact that I'm a woman of color and the customer who walked in after me was a Caucasian woman. I felt very uncomfortable and not valued as a customer today. I won't be returning to this location

I walked in today to pickup an online order. The store is really nice. Jammed packed. Could be overwhelming, but still, a great store. Very clean. Lots of employees. Two talking about future days off. One on her phone and one helping the line of customers. So I walk in not knowing where to pickup at. Two girls, deep in chat about PTO ( personal time off), totally ignored me. I stood there for a second. Still nothing. Ok. Onto the line. I was number 2 of 4. Not bad. I figured two employees were standing behind the registers so it shouldn't be that long. Well let me rephrase that, one was working and the other was on her phone watching over the one who was working. The poor girl that was working got done with the lady in front of me and I walked up and told her I was picking up the candle that I had ordered online. We had to walk back over to where of the first two employees were standing, still talking about some thing, and the lady proceeded to get me my order. Then she turned back around and went back to her register and continued to check out the people that were standing in line. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but really? I felt so bad for this girl. She was doing such a great job while the other three were doing a lot of absolutely nothing. Management team ... you might want to look into your weekend staff. I was embarrassed for them. They really did look bad. To the young lady who helped me.. thank you. I appreciate you.
