I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision! Robert , the General Manager, runs a top-notch operation—he was professional, attentive, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of from start to finish. Gloria in the front office was also fantastic—friendly, organized, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The repair work was flawless, and my car looks like new. Highly recommend this location for their excellent service and quality work!

A huge thank you to Brandon, the Service Advisor, for keeping me updated every step of the way and explaining everything clearly. He made the whole process easy to understand and always took the time to answer my questions.
Gloria, the Office Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made me feel like I was in good hands.
And Rebecca, CSR, was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She set the tone from the moment I walked in. Her friendly customer service made me feel valued and cared for right away.
This team took additional time to stay longer to assure I received my vehicle before the day was over. They took the time to get to know me, and this is rare in any industry nowadays.

Great experience and results working with Mario. We were referred by our Mercedes Benz dealer as this being their go-to shop for repairs. So glad we did. Got our car back sooner than estimated and work was top notch. Great communication and workmanship.

We had an awesome experience here at Caliber Collision. Max Frausto was our contact and he did an incredible job. He kept us up to date during the repair and they even finished a couple days early. Our Mercedes looked great when we picked it up. They use genuine Mercedes parts and when it was finished it looked like nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Max. Thank you guys for doing a fantastic job!
