I see I'm not the only one who is fed up with Citibank. They really hate their customers. I have had my cards locked up twice this week. It takes a half hour on the phone giving them all sorts of information each time. That's just the latest horror show they've put on for me. A sample of other problems I have had with them: App doesn't work more than it works Have to log in twice on the website They doubled my rate on the business card because I was a week late and wouldn't reduce it They require a token to transfer money to my personal, which doesn't work. Only external payments come up when selecting make a payment, going into the card first has a completely different interface. Can't get rid of external payments I have to keep reconnecting to Quickbooks both personal and business. 4/2019

I know others have had other experiences, but I had only great service at this branch. I went in with a tricky problem regarding a lost card. There weren't long lines, but I was standing in the lobby with a lost look. Christopher saw me and came out to ask what I needed. I explained, and he spend about 20 minutes helping me unravel it -- successfully. Best customer service I've had at a bank in ages.

IWent to make a payment via phone, was told customer service or managers Are not able to make decisions About Lowering interest rates or problems with payments or problems at all they have to put in for everything horrible customer service!!!!!!! Customer service person didn't even tell me it would take 24 hours for them to get back to me to see if they would lower my interest rate after charging me $65 more I've been a customer for 27 years!

There needs to be a "Consistency" between Citibank & CitiCard .... Last Saturday, I went to make a CitiCard payment inside this Branch. I was misinformed by Ninna Creencia that if l paid by Western Union Money Order, it'll post into your account within 24 Hours? A payment from your Debit Card via Wells Fargo will take longer to post? I went to the Western Union to collect a Money Order (which are "Guaranteed Funds") to pay my CitiCard inside the bank... Low and Behold, the following day, Citibank cashed it but CitiCard held my deposit for the next (TEN) Days??? Had I known this would've occurred, I would've just paid via Debit Card altogether.

I had some questions with my account. My wife suggested we go to branch and ask. I was not so sure we would get help in person. I was wrong, the manager there was very helpful and even walked out to front atm to show us how to do it ourselves. Saved allot of time. Thanks Mike

The line to get into the branch was short, only two people, but took 30 min. ATMs were malfunctioning so some super frustrated people had to get in line behind me. One would think that with the Rancho Cucamonga location closed due to Covid that the next closest branch would have more resources. NOPE! Citi just wants to hold your money hostage while you wait.

Tellers are great. But the ever shrinking hours (10am to 4pm) and consistently long lines wrapping around the building making going to Citibank in general unpleasant. Waiting in line on a Tuesday with 10 others with a single teller working does not seem right.

This bank sucks!!! You have everything filled out, separate bills for them and ID. And yet it takes 20 minutes to complete my transactions. Really????

Since covid has begun my location in MY neighborhood has been shut down and I am now forced to bank at this location. The lines are outrageously long every time I need to do my banking. Its getting ridiculous. Open the Rancho location or its Time to find a new bank.

Customer service is horrible. We had to come back 3xs because they wouldn't see me when I wanted to create a simple account. They clearly don't want our business and don't care about their customers. Do not recommend this branch.

This place opens late and closes early. I got there at when they opened and there were two people ahead of me and quickly the line forms behind me and there was only one teller helping us in the line. The teller was very nice and polite and she helped me quickly but this place needs to have more tellers on hand especially if they open this late.

THE WORST BANK EVER!!!! I deposit cash money into my account through the ATM and the ATM withheld my funds for 10 days. I asked why this happened and nobody knew anything they had me call their 800 service and they also said they couldn't do anything about it!!!!! I had bills to pay and no money they wouldn't credit my account the wouldn't do ANYTHING. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM
