citi bank printed the wrong checks. I had to go in. wait in line 15 minutes. reordered checks and was told I would have to pay for the old wrong checks. they make mistakes and I pay.

I came at 3:50pm,the floor manager told me they can’t help me after 4:00pm, I said just 5 minutes regarding my account,he still refuses me,by the way the bank close at 5:00pm

4 different times getting turned down just to make an account. Next appointment I had there wasn’t a manager. This place sucks.

My first experience with this bank was awkward and uncomfortable. The person I dealt with was Hector Gomez. He stated to me he was in charge there or was manager at this time. First of all, in a very rude way he tried to send me away by saying I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the confirmation email with his name. He looked at me and rudely told me to sit down. The guy was dealing with other people during my appointment time. He made me feel judged and asked me questions as if I was doing something wrong. I have never been treated this way at any bank I’ve been to. I was there to do a Power of Attorney. I would never return to this bank, however, this is the closest location to where I live. I had my 14 year old daughter with me who noticed the way he treated me. This man should never be in the position he is in!!! His customer service skills suck!

There was several seniors in the line and they had one teller. Customer had to ask seniors to sit down while they held there place in line. No staff cared enough to come and ask seniors if they could make them comfortable while waiting.Bad customer service.

Not specifically this location CITIBANK in GENERAL !I have financed my Best buy card through them for ten years I've never been late. Last month my bank account was shut down because I had been compromised and I contacted them and let Citibank know this. They still continue to charge me monthly late fees even though I'm explained I'm on social security I've explained the situation to them they're very rude and NOT WILLING to BE OF ANY TYPE OF. I would know a suggest getting a Citibank card through Best buy!

I’ve been coming to Citibank for over 10 plus years and can say I’ve Always had the best experience, even when there’s a problem the Reps Always find a way to correct it And follow up with me. I give them All 5 stars even thru changes of mgmt and CSR!

I know others have had other experiences, but I had only great service at this branch. I went in with a tricky problem regarding a lost card. There weren't long lines, but I was standing in the lobby with a lost look. Christopher saw me and came out to ask what I needed. I explained, and he spend about 20 minutes helping me unravel it -- successfully. Best customer service I've had at a bank in ages.

IWent to make a payment via phone, was told customer service or managers Are not able to make decisions About Lowering interest rates or problems with payments or problems at all they have to put in for everything horrible customer service!!!!!!! Customer service person didn't even tell me it would take 24 hours for them to get back to me to see if they would lower my interest rate after charging me $65 more I've been a customer for 27 years!
