We lived there for a year, overall it was an ok experience, the grounds are well kept, the garden outside the community is very nice and the neighborhood is walkable. On the second day of living there our bikes were stolen, we also had to deal with that on our own, the police officer that camementioned that this happens all the time and they come often to file reports. The staff is kind of rude, very nice at the beginning, after you sign the attitude is different. Also there are plenty of parties and loud music happening at night on any weekday.

I moved to College Park apartments a few months ago and I am extremely glad I did. The units are all very nice and clean. Well structured, and luxurious. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer and a garage which helps a lot if you have a second car or belongings you want to store. I looked at a lot of apartment complexes in the area before making a decision but College Park was BY FAR the best option with the most affordable prices. In particular, the managers Alexis and Bryan were very helpful allowing me to view as many empty units as I wanted, to choose the apartment I liked the most. I think I looked at 5 or 6 before I chose mine. I call that professionalism. I also like to thank Christian and Kayla for being ready to assist with anything needed. Great staff. I would give it 100 stars if there were that many. I definitely recommend College Park Apartments. 100 A+

I've been consistently impressed with their responsiveness to maintenance requests and overall commitment to resident satisfaction. I can confidently say that I recommend College Park Apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed living environment. Spread the word – this place, with Brian and the team, is truly exceptional!

It's hard to believe that it's been a year since I moved into College Park in Upland, California, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. This online review is dedicated to expressing my sheer satisfaction with every aspect of this wonderful community, including a special mention of Alexis, who has made my stay here truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm welcome, and that spirit of friendliness and community has only grown stronger over the past year. The top-notch amenities here have been a source of pure joy. The fitness center has become my second home, offering a convenient way to stay in shape without the need for a costly gym membership. The beautifully landscaped courtyard and outdoor spaces have been my sanctuary, offering a serene environment for relaxation and outdoor activities. And let's not forget the gorgeous swimming pool, which has provided endless hours of fun and relaxation. The clubhouse has become a place where friendships are formed and memories are made. Whether it's a casual neighborly chat or a community event, the clubhouse has proven to be a hub of activity. And for pet owners like me, the pet-friendly amenities, including the pet park and pet washing station, have been a game-changer, making life even more enjoyable for our furry family members.Security is another feather in College Park's cap. The added security measures, such as gated access and surveillance cameras, have given me peace of mind, knowing that my safety is a priority here. But what truly sets College Park apart is the exceptional staff, and Alexis, in particular. Her welcoming smile and dedication to her role have been instrumental in making me feel at home. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, Alexis has been there to provide guidance and support promptly. Her commitment to ensuring that residents are well taken care of is commendable, and she has added a personal touch to my experience that I deeply appreciate. In summary, College Park in Upland, California, is a gem of a community that offers everything you could hope for in a home. The amenities are exceptional, the sense of community is unparalleled, and the staff, including Alexis, goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and satisfied. If you're looking for a place to call home, I wholeheartedly recommend College Park, and I eagerly look forward to more years of joyful living here. Thank you, College Park, for making this past year so incredible!

I am moved into College Park Apartments about a month ago. This is the first time my girlfriend and I have moved out on our own together and our experience has been great. Karina in the front office, did an amazing job of helping us obtain a room for rent. The complex is very nice and the residence we have met so far have all been friendly. We look forward to the rest of the year living in our new home. :)

Terrible management at the leasing office. I have reported so many complaints about loud dogs barking from another unit which according to their leasing rules, is a violation; but they did absolutely nothing about my complaints, not even the manager “Brian”. They only care about collecting your monthly payments but not your comfort or peace. I highly not recommend renting at this community due to the poor management.

Cheap materials used for a fancy decent looking exterior. A lot of things here are cheap, like the cabinets, the doors to my laundry room broke which was odd because I kept them open, closed them one time and the right side cabinet came loose and undone. The lights go off often in the bathroom and kitchen. In the last 2 weeks one of my sinks and bathtubs have been clogging, and I have hair stoppers but they’re still clogged so will have to call maintenance again to help with that. In this summer heat the AC worked one day, then just stopped. It just makes noise but no cold air comes out. There were a few times when the heater would turn on by itself in the middle of the night and I’d wake up in a sweat. The community itself is nice, the gates do break often and they’ll be open for weeks at a time, my garage door also opens on its own, I’d come home from work and it would be open, exposing my belongings to anyone. I’m due to leave in September and their rent increase for a year renewal is $250 more than what I paid for my current lease, HA! I will not be renewing my lease, I don’t want to be paying near luxury prices for an apartment ($2,750) when it’s very obviously cheaply made. I’ve read reviews of them trying to keep all your deposit, and I’m worried they’ll try and keep my $4k deposit with ridiculous fees. I also never had a move in inspection done, so they never checked the place out when I moved in. Idk how that will affect the move out inspection when I move out. I will be looking into lawyers to know how to protect my deposit and not have them keep it all. I’ll be updating this review when I move out as well.

I've lived in College Park apartments for 4 years total. Once as a college student and now as an adult. Although the community is in a wonderful location, I am very disappointed in recent greed, and safety concerns. Our rent was recently increased from $2033 to $2435, almost 20%. Although not illegal under California Civil Code (yet, since they are just under 15 years old) I am saddened by such a greedy increase when the quality of the complex has not been improved. The complex is advertised as "luxurious" and unfortunately this is not the case any longer. Out of date, and style, linoleum floors, very unappealing vinyl countertops, and white, damaged appliances do not qualify as luxurious in California in 2023. I understand other units have been renovated since we moved in, however ours has not, and an increase of rent at 20% is not justifiable in these conditions. The gate is always broken, and anyone can walk in (and they do). I have no problem with people getting recyclables out of the trash cans, but open gates allow for anyone to enter. I know it is not possible to prevent everyone from entering, however we had items stolen from our garage (yes we reported it) and I can only assume that they were able to enter through open gates. I would be happy to pay the increase in rent if there was an offer to update anything in our outdated apartment, or if they had community building events, or fixed the gates. We only ever hear from them when they're doing inspections, or many times recently with parking issues or when garages weren't being maintained the way they should. They are quick to call us out for issues, but do little to be accountable for their own. Where we live should be a positive experience, and I unfortunately don't feel this anymore with College Park. I've lived in many complexes over the past 10 years, and the happiest communities were the ones where management also made positive contact with tenants, whether through news letters, events, food truck nights, whatever it may be. That is my recommendation, that they put in some effort to building a more positive community, and offer an actual luxurious experience since they are advertising and charging that. I know that the complex doesn't particularly care about these concerns, as they could just have someone else move in and pay an more than we are now for outdated "luxury," but I feel the need to share these concerns with possible future tenants.

After a major safety issue with our previous apartments, my roommate and I needed a new place to live, and needed a new place fast! After desperate attempts to find an apartment, we were often faced with long wait times and more unsafe areas. However, when we came upon this place, we were instantly greeted and treated with so much respect! Our leasing agent Shant showed us around the apartment and we fell in love with the place instantly! He was so kind to us and helped us through every step of the application and moving process, and had told us that if we needed to, we could move in the next day! When we received the call from him (after he stayed late to push our application through) my roommate and I could not contain our excitement! Not only does our apartment have very open space, a beautiful balcony, and a top notch laundry room. But it is also very quiet, safe, and full of very friendly neighbors complex-wide! On top of that, with VERY limited and minor maintenance issues, the maintenance team is always quick to respond and work so fast! We are so sad to be leaving this place in September due to an out of state move, and wish I could strap this apartment to my car and take it with me! I would confidently recommend these apartments to everyone I know and will continue to share this location with others if they are looking for a clean and beautiful apartment along with a truly remarkable staff!

You can't go wrong living here! The staff is amazing, especially Alexis. Even though there are rarely any issues, Alexis always jumps on the problem and resolves the issue. The complex grounds are always kept clean. The pool and gym are very well kept.

Amazing gated community right next to the Claremont colleges. Can’t say enough good things about the staff here at college park, they’re very helpful and always there for whatever you’d need. Alexis was the leasing consultant who helped me out (definitely the best) and I liked it here so much after my first lease ended I renewed at a different apartment. The apartments themselves are super comfy even the single bedrooms, plenty of space and well maintained by the community. Would highly recommend you shortlist this place and come for a visit. Make sure to ask for Alexis!

Been living here a long time and there's a reason. The management staff so quick to respond. Brian and his team are always on top of things. The property is well taken care of. Joey and his crew never take more than a day to fix anything that might break and Mauricio was there in a flash to fix our toilet, even on a Sunday.

We recently moved here and I love it here especially since my husband and I are starting our family here. The staff here is so nice and friendly especially when we have questions about things or just need to put in a maintenance request.
