I love that the gym isn't filled when I go but I was interested in asking trainer for help and there isn't one at all at this location. Planet fitness advertises free trainer but how can you promise that when the company isn't making sure there is one.

Horrible experience with this location. I pay for my son to have the Black membership where he can take a friend with when he comes, he has had this membership for over a year. I went with him one time before and it worked fine and today we were refused entry because we didn’t have a drivers license with a photo ID to enter. Who wants to carry all their stuff with them to go to the gym? To me this seems like a ploy to keep under privileged and lower economic status people from using the gym if they are friends with a Black Card member. People who might not be able to afford a driver’s license. Shame on this location for being elitist and non welcoming to all people, such a shame that this behavior would happen in this day and age. Classism should play no part in a gym or in society. This gym should get with the times and have a picture for the member one time and be good and not harass potential future members who are going with the paid member. This is absolute garbage, why would a guest need photo ID to workout with a paying member. This place doesn’t care about their members supposed benefits, it’s ill maintained, bad hours, and a front desk staff that behaves like members are an inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and go to a better gym that doesn’t require you to present a passport, drivers license, DNA sample to just workout in the facility that you pay to go to. This is ridiculous, we will be looking for a new gym for my son going forward.

The membership for 24.99 mostly is to use the wellness but is only for 10 min. If you need more time
You need stand up go to desk and get another code.
Very uncomfortable because the hidrochair are warm, then need to stand up and get cold to get other 10 min. Not practical.

Over good gym but you guys need to make it 24rs. Like idk you guys realize but there people who get off at work around 7 and don't have time to go to the gym before hand other than that I have no complaints. And me in the kind of person that no matter how clean the gym is or how proper the staff is, if I see daylight I expect something to still be open.

Planet Fitness is Welcoming, Clean, Friendly Staff. Lots of different gym machines to workout on, you can try new one everyday.
