Despite trying to make it as clear as possible that I have switched pharmacies and will not be returning to this CVS pharmacy ever again after the repeated terrible experiences with the staff at this location, I'm still receiving phone calls in regards to prescriptions needed refilled.I received a response to the last bad review I wrote, so I'm aware the superviser there reads these. Please take me out of your system like I have repeatedly had to ask for.

This is the worst cvs I've had to use.. show up to only 1 prescription filled but she couldn't find it because someone filed it wrong then she said I don't have another prescription, that the original store never transferred it anywhere. Well I called the original store and they transferred it this morning, and they said the store must have deleted it. Like cool? I didn't need my prescription TONIGHT or anything.

I came in to pick up my husbands prescription and I was sitting in my car a good 20 minutes, the first pharmacist that took me in was very rude .

I had a prescription faxed over. So after the pharmacy told me it would be ready in an hour and I come in they said but my dr accidentally added tomorrows date. It's after hours and now I can't get my prescription till tomorrow when they can easily fill it tonight. Instead I have to go to work tomorrow and work a full day without my medication when they can but choose not to. Not only did they tell me to come in but after I do they tell me to come back tomorrow.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They always have vendor issues. I loved Walgreens but had to change cause my insurance changed. The customer service is literally and they make you feel like a burden when you call to ask for your prescription that they couldn't refill after 4 days! Smh!!! Hope the upper people at CVS sees this!! This is ridiculous! Do better CVS!!

Pharmacy asian lady was not very friendly. I asked for a suggestion and she directed me to the cabinet rather that suggeti ng a couple brands. So sad that customer service is failing so badly.

Thanks for the amazing help from Yvette, we were both able to loosen the confusion of their new coupon called free cvs health item worth $10, and she was able to help me figure out that I can use the coupon to get some toilet paper! Since the app was so vague as to what I could buy. Thanks again Yvette! 5 stars to you!

I usually get my RX at the CVS on Euclid and foothill Super professional RITA you are rude I work at a local drs office and you better believe I will not recommend your facility. You need to be nice sorry you didn't like me correcting you maybe you should of checked the Ins card and the name on the RX. I was nice and its obvious you don't like to be corrected. You looked over worked and unhappy sorry you were having a bad day but thats not a reason to be condescending and rude. Sorry you were having a bad day hope you feel better

Amazing service. I ordered some pictures online last year and it was lost for a long time today the manager dogged a little deeper and found them and called me back and now I have my photo album!!!! Thank You store manager!!!

This was my go to pharmacy but after today I will be changing!!! Yesterday I went to urgent care 6/30 it's now 7/1 and my prescription is not filled yet!!! I've been sick for over a week and I need my antibiotics! I am a mother of 2 I can't be bed ridden because this place doesn't get it together, so yesterday my RX was faxed over from urgent care and a few hours later I got an automated message that 1 of the prescriptions was out of stock, I called right away and girl over the phone said they are trying to call the doc to see if she could change the meds, ok so that didn't happen yesterday, so I call this am and the girl on the phone said she was going to check and she tells me the medicine arrived yesterday and she would go ahead and process well she said by 1130 it would be ready I just received an automated message saying it's out of stock I will be calling shortly to check and if that's the case i will have them send it over to another pharmacy this is b******** they obviously don't feel the way I do so they don't care!! So annoyed with this place!
