Pharmacist is rude a lot she is always trying to change my medication to an alternative and they will lie and say they don't have it in stock but they really just don't want to fill the prescription they have to much power in the pharmacy and it's not fair how they treat patients. I was told my medication wasn't covered by the insurance only for me to call my insurance and it was covered but the pharmacist then said it was to early I miss the pharmacist name Helen she was best !

Probably one of the WORST pharmacies I've ever worked LMAO they literally have the graveyard pharmacist work without another technician or pharmacist which is so illegal in California (with CVS being the worst company ever period, but unfortunately it's the standard for most new pharmacists that desperately need a job and must be willing to be overworked and lowballed with starting pay, they offered $58 when other places were offering $70+ -mentioning it for all the future newly grads that don't make the same mistake settling for anything because CVS is not transparent nor fair with pay). The training process was a joke. Jumping ship and leaving was the BEST decision of my life. Not sure if that PIC Olga is still there but she's a joke/corporate brown noser. Learn how to treat/talk to coworkers with respect. Bye girl bye.

This pharmacy is run by the worst people. After having 1-2 instances where we had to get off line just to get back on, I didn’t think much of it. But it happens literally EVERY time you come here!Firstly, they are so slow. Just getting through the line will take you 20-30 min. When you’re there they won’t have your prescription ready. And get this: they’ll ask you to get back on the line because they CALLED you telling your prescription is ready when it wasn’t.This place really has to reorganize their process because it feels degrading being here. It’s a terrible feeling.

Because waiting several hours for an ER prescription makes total sense with its 930pm on a Sunday night. Hire more or better people.

My wife had a prescription filled at this location and presented the Good RX card for the discount but the cashier said the prescription was already discounted with Good Rx and showed her where it was marked under the insurance information while refusing the card present to her. I had already looked up the coupon on the Good Rx app for CVS which stated a price of $18.96 They charge us $51.95 I was in the car waiting so I went to talk to the cashier and presented the same card to her, but she pointed the the prescription where it stated the Good RX discount was already applied. I show her the app on my phone where it stated the price was $18.95 at CVS pharmacies where she proceeded to take the card to another person to apply the "real discount". In my opinion, it's a shame that CVS should treat their customers as ignorant or naïve (I am being nice here). This is not an isolated incident, rather, it's the latest intendent that has occurred to me. This CVS did not complete the order as they were out of one item, but the next CVS Pharmacy tried to do the same thing.

Who ever created this location it is incorrect. The actual cvs is on Euclid. Please don't get scammed into going to this location especially when you're trying to fill medications for your sick child late at night after leaving urgent care.

the old lady pharmacist has never failed to be rude and unpleasant. Tried to avoid seeing her face to face directly so to make myself less unpleasant.

Took my prescription to CVS at this location around 1:00 pm on Sep 26,2023 ; the girl pharmacist named Jennifer was at the counter. Her communication skills are below zero… she acted cocky.when I was talking to her , she wasn’t paying attention at all . She ignored me totally when I contacted my Doctor’s office to put her through . I’m a very patient, respectful , polite person but she got into my nerves. I won’t go to this location anymore.

Needed some very important meds filled late at night. Minh put me on the most brief hold. He figured out if it was available fairly quickly, which they were. He filled them in 25 minutes and was so pleasant at check out. Very clean store.

Cashier Jackie is very rude and unprofessional. She does not take the time to listen or try to help customer. I am a cvs employee as well as it sad to see other employees portray such rude behavior.

This cvs is completely unprofessional, including the people in the pharmacy. We went in to pick up some medication and on their end something was wrong they couldn’t give us the medication because they were the ones that messed up and out the wrong sticker on it. We waited another 15 minutes to get it and once we did they never gave us back the id and we told them they still had it and they said they didn’t, we kept insisting they never gave it back and they just booted us to the front to talk to someone from the cvs to look for the cameras because they didn’t want to help us anymore. We went to the front and talked to Brenden who wasn’t any help they checked the cameras twice and want able to figure it out. He kept saying they gave it back but the only thing they gave back was the insurance . They told us to leave our name and number and that their manager was going to give a call the next day to give us an update because they said they were going to look deeper into it. They never did, they never called back , and I bet they never looked any deeper into it. We were there for hours just waiting . They didn’t even bother to give a call back. We had to drive all the way there to see if they found anything just for them to tell us that they didn’t even know what we were talking about. Super unprofessional, first time going there and definitely the last time. Don’t come here unless you want your time to be wasted and your items to be lost while in their possession.

They need at least 2 people for the overnight shift, or at least a little later into the night. I got there at 940pm and didn't get my one prescription until 1030pm. There was one guy in charge of receiving drop offs, filling, and handing out. To his credit, he was rushing around. But the pick up line was 10 people deep, he would take a couple people to the counter at the same time. It was my first time taking this medication and I take several others. I wanted to ask questions about timing of taking the medication and if it would be OK to take with the others (since some of the warnings were strange to begin with). But he kept me at the counter with someone else standing right next to me and the long line right behind me. I didn't feel comfortable talking to him about my other medications. (This isn't my normal pharmacy, so he didn't have record of them). I didn't think that was professional. I know he was trying his best, but safety of the patient should be a priority. And if he had help, at least until 11p, maybe, that would have helped. People are doing things later on weekends. Management needs to understand that and schedule him someone to help.
