I'm not sure what happened to this pharmacy over the last year but it seems their care for customers has dropped significantly. They somehow constantly manage to fill my asthma prescriptions late which are vital to my health. When I call to check on them, I am left listening to the waiting music until I finally just give up. It has really become ridiculous. Obviously they don't care about their customers health or well being anymore.

My son's medication has a prior authorization but yet every time I come to pick up the medication there is a problem with this pharmacy because they do not like to use prior authorization they just request from the insurance, But every time it's done that way it sits there for multiple days pending. Well now he is out of medication and need it today so I'm forced to drive to diamond bar from rancho Cucamonga thank you I'll never come back here again.

Always a good experience. My doctor renews my prescription automatically. I show up and there’s never a line and I get my Rx quickly. All that I want in a pharmacy. Staff is friendly as well. No complaints. Bonus that it’s in Target ??

I had another great experience at my CVS, Darren and Yvette are too cool. They both are so friendly and helpful it makes it not even seem like a chore to shop. I go to a couple different CVS' cause I do home health care, but this CVS is the one I enjoy going to the most. I just wanted to let everyone know they should check it out cause the employees there make you feel right at home... thanks guys ...

Terrible location. I cannot tell you how many times this pharmacy has given me the wrong birth control and ends up getting filled late. I gave them a few chances but I've had an issue every time.. and every time they tell me next time it will be fixed. They don't realize the importance of having certain medications in time. The entire staff lacks initiative with their heads behind the counter lacking eye contact and very slow. I waited 40 minutes after my last encounter for them to find another pharmacy to fill my rx and they didn't even apologize ONCE for the inconvenience. Super unhappy with this pharmacy. Will not be coming back here again.

Always CHEERFUL STAFF ! Not much of a wait. Ihave called in,not a long wait AT ALL. MY DR'S have called in NOT A Long Wait AT ALL. I even got my FLU SHOT there last yr ,WHEN THE FLU WAS SO BAD,NOT A LONG WAIT AT ALL.

There is a serious problem when a business is supposed to open at 9AM and they haven't even opened at 10AM yet. If you are the person responsible for opening a business by a certain time then there should be a backup should something happen. This is the worst run CVS that I have experienced. I continually have problems with them. They are not that convenient any longer with all these issues, filling the wrong prescriptions, being out of stock of medication, and just bad customer service to the point of arguing!

Im new in town, called in to refill some prescriptions, lady picked up said I was next in line and asked if I could hold. I said sure. 30 THIRTY minutes later she comes back on and asks "how can I help you?". Needless to say I spoke to her manager and she said they got bombarded with customers and apologized. I asked why no one picked up to say anything for 30 minutes and she just said they were too busy.

CVS pharmacies, as in the pharmacy itself, really needs either more help or work faster. Always a long wait time. Maybe their prices are cheaper (comparing to pharmacy I go to, speedy fast always) or happens to be more convenient for ppl.

First encounter with this cvs and that's the treatment I received. My old pharmacy was cvs in arcadia, CA on Las Tunas and Baldwin. I never had a problem like this. And if you ever go there, you'd see all the awards they have and know why they received those awards annually.
