I've had car problems for a few weeks and had to rent a few vehicles. This enterprise was right down the road from the repair facility. Ahnie helped me first and she was extremely quick in getting me back on the road, Joseph helped me the second time and again, got me back on the road quickly, and Aiko helped me the 3rd time (yes my car broke down that many times) and again...was back on the road very quickly. They also shuttled me back to the repair facility after each drop off. Each offered GREAT customer service.

Wish I could give a negative 100 star review. This is my second time utilizing the location and I promise to never do it again. Had to get a rental because someone ran a red light and crashed into me. I wanted to get a rental that would be mostly covered through my insurance and settled on a car that I was told would be $5 a day out pocket. Well this car that smelled like smoke, had cigarette burns in the seat and wasn't washed or wiped down in the inside ended up costing me over $100 out of pocket for about a week. They lie and take advantage of people when you're going through such a stressful time and just trying to focus on being alive and well. I've rented plenty of cars before and never ever had this type of experience. Just choose a different location if you want to get what you agree to pay for and not a penny more.

The new manager, Joseph, is top-notch. Professional, caring to his customers, and a big asset to enterprise. When we need a rental, this location has always been great with customer service. Slight problem last time, but Joseph completely took care of it. Give them a try, and you won't use anyone else. Thanks Joseph.

I rented a car last week through my insurance after an accident. Aiko was very helpful and kind. She helped set me up with my rental she drove me back to the body shop when my car was done :)

The manager Joe is awesome. Great service at this Enterprise on Foothill. He and the other staff are great. I've never experienced an issue or misunderstanding, and if there were any, Joe takes care of it in a professional and respectful way

It should not take 45 minutes to pick up a car. Incompetent. Taking customers out of sequence, flirting with others, no sense of urgency.

Ontario airport location: For their employee Daniel 5 stars. I left with a smile on my face. He worked with me and my grandson to get us with the right vehicle for us. Zero stars for the young woman working the front desk who said they had no cars and sent us to Avis and hertz. While standing in line at Hertz my grandson went on line and made a reservation with enterprise. So back we went to their counter. Young woman said they only had Audi available. So we agreed to rent an Audi. But when we got to lot Daniel showed us Camry, Altima, charger and a Nissan. Thank goodness for Daniel.

Very disappointed with Enterprise in Upland, CA!!! I have this rental company through my insurance and is very close to the repair shop. When I called to make the appointment, I talked to a lady; I asked her specifically what kind a car I want to rent (small Nissan kicks SUV or small sedan) she said: "Sure no problem we'll have that kind of car ready for you". When I went for my appointment they didn't have it; they only have some huge big cars. Since it was almost time to close, they convinced me to take this big car (which I didn't feel comfortable with) and promised me they will have the one I had requested the next day. I went the next day to switch cars and sure enough they have the Nissan kicks. They made the switch and all the paperwork and when we were inspecting the vehicle, I sat inside to check it and discover a strong smell to cigarettes. I am allergic to smoking; therefore, I immediately starting coughing with itching in my throat. I didn't take the car! They did not even offer me another car or apologize for the inconvenience. Ashley one of the agent ask me to come back next day and she will find another car for me, but that was my second time there and obviously they couldn't be able to help me. So I took an Uber back to my place and ended up with no rental car. I will never coming here again!!

Disclaimer:I've used this rental company through my insurance when I've been in an accident before and have not had a problem--until today. Whenever we've needed a car through our auto insurance, this place was very convenient, it was close to the repair shop and would pick up and drop off. I had the same situation today and they attempted to bait and switch me into getting a more expensive car which was higher than my insurance allows. Just to make sure what the guy was saying was true, I called my insurance carrier. The agent taking care of me then followed me and was listening in on my conversation. I told him I wasn't going to do anything until I cleared up with my insurance. So I walk away. The manager comes after me and asks what's wrong. I told him I'm not paying for anything that my insurance doesn't allow and that's that. When I asked why they were giving me a car that was above my allowance he said something about higher prices all over and that my insurance knows about it. When I called my insurance company, he explained that $35 a day was the max and the car company was obligated to not go any higher. And, if they didn't have a car available, they were also required to get one for me. The raise in prices he claimed my insurance allowed was complete fiction. Later, when I touched base with my insurance agent and she set me up with another company and will pick up the car tomorrow. No hassle, no upsell, no games. I'm really disappointed because I've never had that problem with Enterprise. If you have a rental allowance with your insurance, beware. And don't let them talk you into anything. I won't be using the Upland shop anymore, nor will I recommend it in the future.

I had my insurance switch me over to this enterprise because I had a very nice experience with Jonathon and David and I come today and whoever the ginger is at the front needs to learn to talk to people NEVER coming here again and definitely neither should you. They couldn't give me a car of same value as mine??? Because I'm 23??? Loose your fucken attitude and learn to talk to people. DO NOT COME HERE. Things were a lot better when David and Jonathan were here. I called their 1800 number and they said if it is through insurance there is no exceptions to giving me the car I want.

I've been here three times so far and I love it the customer service is wonderful I mean everybody is so nice and happy I'm glad this car rental is up the street from me I can just walk up and get a car and all the cars that I had are so clean I would highly recommend this enterprise car rental to everyone
