We reserved a U-Haul Truck, and when I arrived, I was greeted by Jennifer. She was very thorough and very helpful in ensuring we understood the contract and how and when these tasks were to be completed. Overall, we were very pleased with her customer service and her willingness to ensure that we received the best possible service. Thank you, Jennifer!

Very rude and untrained staff. Have a habit to change late fee rates to pocket extra cash in the hundreds. Bad customer service, relative staff rudely hang up on you if THEIR needs aren't met. Will evict without notice
Bad business don't do it.

I don't think anyone works there, they never answer the phones when I call; and nobody in the office when I am on the property. I tried to pay my storage by phone over the Christmas Holiday and couldn't because they do not answer.

This lady that works there is rude and a bully. She has homeless people living in the units. They kept my deposit even though I moved out before the new month started.

They're almost OK except for that once I left my telephone locked in the car and they did not have a telephone they could lend me as a customer to find a locksmith around, They sent me to Triple A which was not really what I needed, but other than that I like them

Cheap and secure. The office staff is nice and super helpful as well. The only downside is storage access is only 7am-7pm
