Terrible experience. An 8 hour move took over 12 hours, with 4 movers! "Lost" merchandise, & unprofessional movers. Will never use them again. STAY AWAY!

Their Snap Move Service is excellent for a small 1 bedroom move. Their 2 movers were efficient and courteous and their home office kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was happening and expected

Moving is a stressful, generally unpleasant experience. If could rate Golden Eagle Moving higher than 5 stars I would! Superb staff from Reina in the office, to Nick who surveyed our house, and the moving crew (the "J" Team)...everyone was friendly and efficient, and made a nerve-wracking experience a very calming one. Expert wrapping, loading, and unloading led to zero damage to any of our belongings. We hope to not move again anytime soon, but if we do, I would call no-one other than Golden Eagle. First rate!!

We highly recommend Golden Eagle Movers. Since our move was 600 miles to northern California, we interviewed numerous moving companies and Golden Eagle gave us the best & most comprehensive quote. Three men (called the A Team) wrapped and prepared our furniture for storage. After using their storage facility for seven months, they transported our furniture, unwrapped it and set it all in place - on time and in perfect condition. During this entire process, Caroline kept in constant contact with us. We would highly recommend Golden Eagle Movers for any of your moving needs.

I will forever recommend Golden Eagle Moving for all moving needs, great or small. Just recently, I relocated from Southern California to Maryland; shipped quite a few boxes via UPS which Gordie assisted me with, coordinating with such a professional support staff. Also, a BIG thank you and shout-out to Caroline Vela, Golden Eagle/United Relocation Coordinator who was with me every step of the way in the shipping of my vehicle to my new home in Maryland. Golden Eagle Upland, Ca is without a doubt the best moving company. We have had to do 3 moves in 16 months. Golden Eagle has always been our choice of movers dating back to 2001. Everyone including Chis and Brittany from the office to the crew are efficient and respectful of my family and our furniture and all household item. The moving crew has always been on time and we never felt rushed through the moving process. I had a very positive experience with Golden Eagle Moving recently. We sold my parents' home in FL and Golden Eagle Moving packed and moved the contents to CA. We weren't there in FL when they did the packing, but everything arrived safely and undamaged. Everything was packed so well. Upon arrival in CA some of the contents were placed in storage for several years. We were able to access that storage with an appointment and Golden Eagle Moving was always very receptive to our needs and efficient with our storage. A few weeks ago I had the rest of the contents brought to my home and unloaded. The movers, Jim and Ed, were very kind, courteous, and efficient. They put everything exactly where I asked and not one item was damaged or broken. They took away all the packing material and boxes when finished. The front office, and especially Brittany, were very attentative to my needs and schedule changes for dropoff. Brittany always responded quickly and efficiently and she answered all of my questions quickly. I will definitely use Goldent Eagle Moving again as I am very happy with our result.

Golden Eagle Moving United Van Lines took excellent care of my 2 vaults for 7 years. They packed up my things and moved them from FL to CA. I was able to access the vaults whenever I needed to get items out. When I was ready to have the vaults delivered and emptied the crew was very polite and efficient. They patiently waited as I decided where each box should go. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was in perfect condition. Nothing was broken and there were many breakable items. All of them are in excellent condition due to the care taken during packing, shipping, storing, and unpacking. The front office staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. My questions were always answered. I highly recommend Golden Eagle Moving for storage and moving.

I am so disappointed with the poor communication of this company. Because this company is contracted with my new employer in California I was hoping to work with them as I assumed this would ensure a professional experience. First, I had a moving consultation on May 20th for which the representative was an hour late (he had the time zones mixed up). That happens, I understand. However, it was not until 20 days AFTER the moving consultation (and several phone calls with their office agent) that I was informed there would be no availability within 2-3 weeks of my desired move date. However, after reading some of the other reviews here maybe this was a blessing in disguise as I see several folks have posted about having their things destroyed. Save your time and go straight for a more reputable company.
