Called in to pick up a new driver, they confirmed they had it over the phone, and held it for me at the front until I came down later in the day. Very nice team overall, simulation bays are really nice, and the young guy who helped me even adjusted the driver multiple times as I was testing it. Also, great service at checkout with the young guy getting me the exact cover I wanted. Really great place to shop, very helpful team, and relaxing place to test before you buy.

Ed, in the repair shop, is one of the best around. He is very knowledgeable, does great work, and most importantly cares about his customers and their equipment. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back to him for anything I need in the future. Thank you Ed!

Went here on a recommendation from a friend to get my clubs re-gripped. Called ahead of time and was told it would be a few hours to get done. Arrived at the location and made my way to the back. The gentleman that was working that day did me a solid and was able to start on my clubs ASAP! I was in and out if there within 30 minutes. I'm sure this isn't a normal occurrence but I was extremely grateful and appreciative. This location has everything you need when it comes to golf. I would strongly recommend Golf Galaxy to anyone that looking for a new place to checkout!

Took a set of clubs into get regripped upon getting my clubs saw they were loosely thrown in a bag. After inspecting them found a good size nick on my 5 and 9 iron. All clubs heads were covered in solvent and the shafts were as well. No care was taken to clean them and tape is showing on all wedges. No pride in their work

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Everyone is very nice and very helpful. They let you walk around and check stuff out and putt around. If you need help just ask and they are there and will do all they can to get you what you need. Got my putter grip changed there a few weeks back, took maybe 15mins. They also have good deals on the discount clothing section in the back as well.

Came in to buy a driver, they let me test out a bunch of them and even encouraged me to look at the used stock they had, which in the end saved me some money over the original driver I went in there to purchase. Great customer service! Will be coming back soon

Great clearance section for finding a whole outfit without having to break the bank. Store layout was neat and organized. Was about to find everything we needed as well as some random trinkets for the little one in our party. Service was friendly at check out.

Customer service could use work, I went in looking for a new set of irons and couldn't get any help, the sales associates just hung out behind the counter talking to eachother. I'm sorry but if you have a customer looking at items that cost $1000 I think I would see if they need help. I guess I'll look for irons somewhere else.

Ever since this location turned into golf galaxy which is part of Dick's Sporting Goods has really gone downhill. It seems the location is extremely short staffed. I was looking to get a pair of shoes for an upcoming tournament. I was in the shoe corral for over 30 minutes and not one employee came up to greet me or asked if I needed any help. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to Roger Dunn or travel out to the PGA tour superstore in the Palm Springs area.

Just terrible experience. I wanted to hit two drivers; I knew what I wanted. I explained that to the store associate who greeted me .He tried to convince me into using their $100 fitting service, which would apply to the purchase of a new driver. I told I had a fitting with the manufacturers and I simply wanted to compare the two drivers side by side. He told me I could hit any of the "demo clubs" in the hitting bays. ONE BIG PROBLEM, there were NO DEMO DRIVERS. When I asked if they would assemble a driver from the mix of heads and shafts (which Rogers Dunn's in Santa Ana does with pleasure) I was told no, they only do that for paid fittings, that it was "store policy". I will never go back to Golf Galaxy Upland or use any Golf Galaxy again. Save yourself the time and poor customer service and go somewhere where their still value your business, especially when you may be spending $600 for a new driver and $3000 or more for a new compete set.

Needed new grips, called to see if they were in stock. A young lady answered and although she didn’t seem very knowledgeable, she was still able to answer whether they carried what I needed. I was a bit hesitant on driving 30 mins out but it was well worth it. Golf services are located in the far back right corner. We were greeted by Ed, amazing Ed! I told him what I was interested in which, were the Winn grips we went back and forth and decided I should try golf pride Because ultimately this brand lasted longer. While Ed gripped my club, I walked around and found a cute Ping hat! 10 mins later I was out! Thanks again Ed!

Single star, this place is possibly the worst golf store I have ever walked into. Inventory is lacking. Customer service is weak with no regard to the customer. At least 6 associates on the floor only one was with a customer and 2 went to the back to hide when I saw customers looking for someone to help then. I will never spend a dime at this store. Sad because I was prepared to buy something. I recommend you take your business elsewhere if you want to be helped. Just stay away from this place.
