This is my least favorite local Goodwill, in fact, I don't like going there at all but will if I've got extra time. What gives it one star is the Brandon's restaurant next door, otherwise I would have rated it even lower. So why do i dislike this store? Lighting is terrible. Only one mirror in the whole store and it's always filthy. If we can no longer use the fitting rooms, then at least give us some mirrors. I do appreciate that I can exchange one item for another, but at least give me the opportunity to see if it's a near-fit. But the main reason I dislike this store is the chatterbox at the register. She just can't stop talking and talking, and describing every item as she rings it up. It goes something like this... This blouse is a red tag so it's full price. If it was blue then it would be half off. This pair of pants is a green tag so it's full price and $9.99. This tshirt is blue tag so it's half off $6.99." And on and on without even taking a break. Imagine what it's like if you have 20 items. I bought some glassware one time and she said she couldn't give me newspapers to wrap it even though there was a stack on the counter. Me: What about those? Her: Oh, I'm saving them for things that might get broken. Me: Don't you think my glassware is breakable? Her: oh, oh, I guess so. The last time I was there I stood at the place where FOR YEARS she insisted we wait before we could even approach the register. Instead of taking first in line she rang up people who walked up by her register. When I pointed this out, she said it's not her fault, it's not the customers' fault...blabber, blabber, blabber. It's not my fault, it's not my fault. And after all of this, I rarely find anything worth buying

I would have a bunch of stuff that are unused or used that no longer need throughout the year and I don't have the time time to try to sell it online or locally. Also, throwing it away is such a waste. My friend told me about this place to donate and it's quick as well as easy. This place was easy to locate and when dropping off the items it's in the back. There will be bins either outside or inside for you to drop it off. They have a QR code for you to scan so you can retrieve an email receipt to submit for tax purposes. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you have bulky items, you may want to call to make sure they take it since sometimes they do and don't.

This is simply the worst Goodwill I've ever been to. Selection is terrible and prices are far above what other Goodwill's sell similar items for.

Goodwill? More like greatwill! This place is awesome. I found Christmas gifts for everyone! Some people set the bar pretty high but let's face it it's a thrift store. It you want to be wowed try the swap meet or spend all day driving around to fancy garage sales. If you want to seek out gently used treasures all under one roof this is the place to be. There was a floor mat I was able to wipe the bottom of my shoes on upon entry. A sneeze guard at the register. If you time it right you can buy your stuff back that you donated! Stay humble and shop here! It was good enough for someone to buy the first time. So find something cool to buy again and stay off your high horse!

What a bunch of slow young workers who hang out instead of working. Fitting rooms are closed. They have people stealing and not paying attention to the stores whereabouts or surroundings.

I drive 20 minutes to this particular Goodwill in Upland because it has a great variety of items, it's always clean and the clothing and dishes are well organized. I was looking for a small picture/ print for my home and for sure found it. The store associates are also very nice.

First off I don't thrift store shop too much. We were looking to kill time during our sons practice. We actually used to come to this building way back when it was an LA Fitness so I was kind of excited to see what they did with the space. Not really impressed, it seemed like inventory was kind of low all throughout. Not sure in this industry if that is controllable, however we did go to the Goodwill in Rancho right after and albeit smaller it was cleaner and better stocked. There is plenty of parking here. I assume they get some regular pan handlers based on the sign that says not to deal with them. The staff never greeted us and there were more staff than clients. Which was not the case at the Rancho location. Not at all that I am trying to convince you that Rancho location is better but they did have longer hours too. All in all glad we stopped by but bummed with the experience.
