About Goodwill Southern California Boutique & Donation Center
Goodwill Southern California Boutique & Donation Center has undergone some changes, now offering clothes, housewares, and accessories instead of its previous focus on books. The store is small, clean, and well-lit, making it easy for visitors to browse quickly. However, some customers have noted that the book selection, while large, is disorganized, requiring them to sift through each title individually. The donation center receives positive feedback for its friendly and efficient staff, making it a reliable option for dropping off items. Donors appreciate the paper receipts provided, and many find it easier to donate here compared to other thrift stores that may be closed or unavailable. Despite these strengths, some customers express disappointment regarding the store's pricing and donation policies. There is a concern that prices have increased while donations are being turned away, as multiple locations have reported being at capacity. Additionally, the parking situation is described as awkward, accommodating only three cars. Overall, while the boutique has its strengths, it also faces challenges that impact customer experiences.
Friendly staff, but did see some dollar tree items being sold for 2X the priceā¦

I like the changes I see in this small Goodwill, only thing is it was a book store before. Now it's clothes, housewares and accessories. Not many books here.

This rating is for the DONATION center (I rarely shop inside). Always friendly and efficient staff, easy to drop off items for donations. Paper receipts given. I have tried other thrift stores to drop off items and they are often closed and nobody there. This is a very reliable drop off.
