“I love this little shop! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I brought my Bernina in for service and repairs. My machine is 20+ years old so some parts were not readily available. The mechanic repaired it to functional so I could use it until he could locate touch screen parts.
I came to pick it up and fell in love with the Bernina 990. Rosalie showed many of its functions and it was amazing!
Two weeks later Sam called to say he had parts to try in my machine.
I returned with my machine and left it. Rosalie called me a week later to let me know he was not satisfied with the function of the screen he replaced.
We went back to look at it and chose to leave it there so he could continue to work on it.
In the mean time I had to take another look at the 990…
We came back to the shop once again just to look at the 990.
Sam was sewing on it showing another couple embroidery functions and WOW!
We left again awaiting word on repairs to my machine.
Frankie called to say he located parts and would try again. This time it was a success. We returned to pick it up and take it home.
It works better than it has in a long time!
But…
I couldn’t get that 990 off my mind. After so many visits we returned again and bought the Bernina 990!
It is an amazingly engineered machine!!! Upland Vac & Sew staff have all been so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They worked diligently to repair my old Bernina and keep me informed. I’ve had my new 990 over a month now. I’ve taken multiple classes at the shop. Sam is a great teacher, very knowledgeable and makes learning fun. The shop is kept well stocked if you should need supplies and has a nice fabric selection. I am so happy I found this little shop. It’s so nice to get real friendly, knowledgeable GREAT service these days!
