Many guests report a great experience, noting the staff is amazing, professional, and a pleasure to work with. However, some aspects of the facility receive criticism. The Victorian Room can feel a little outdated, with dark lighting and occasional maintenance issues like burnt-out light bulbs. The most common concern is the bathroom situation, described as horrendous and in need of updating and expansion. The men's bathroom is very small with limited privacy, and the women's bathroom lacks a changing station. Occasional problems like a power outage during events have also been noted. It was a great experience having my daughter's Quince at Imagine That! James and his staff were a pleasure work with. I have since referred co-worker and friends! Thank you James and your staff for making my daughters birthday, a great experience! Event held on November 12, 2022.
