Tong is rude and racist his attitude was almost like we were being pest because we needed a vehicle repair. I do not advise any African American people to visit his shop because most likely he will ignore your need for service. Very uncaring and unprofessional his approach is hostile.

I would highly recommend Tong and his business for any car repairs. I brought in my 2 my older Hondas and he fixed the problems. He is honest, hardworking and fairly priced work. Glad I found my local mechanic guy. I definitely would be going to him from now on.

Very knowledgeable and honest. Found them on yelp and brought my older Honda in for some rattling I thought was the suspension. Turns out it had to do with the power steering.

When I started asking for recommendations for a mechanic to install a new engine in my daughter's Honda, Japanese Auto Tech kept coming up. I was amazed from my first visit to the shop. He started with repairs just short of a new engine to keep the price down, but unfortunately, we had to move on to a new engine. Then the surprise came of a very low estimate for a new engine. The work was completed a month ago, and the car runs like new. Thank you, Tong!

Boy oh Boy OUTSTANDING!! if you want a HONEST, PROFESSIONAL. RELIABLE, kind and SMART MECHANIC? Tong is your guy. He took care of my poor dying Honda he installed another Japan engine with 60K miles on it and my car runs great! Not too expensive very reasonable and friendly guy. I have looked for 6 years for a mechanic and I've been ran through the ringer until now I'm happy with Tong and his shop and his dedication to caring for my car as if it was his! Kudos to you and your business. I now have my mechanic and will be loyal to him forever! Thanks again for making a stressful situation easier to deal with!

If you have a Japanese car like my blue Honda Accord Japanese Auto Tech will fit your bill. Tong is a fair and honest business owner who goes the extra mile to help his clientele. He and his brother are detailed and don't overcharge. People like this are an asset to any community. I only discovered Tong's shop as my former mechanic had retired. I found them on Yelp. With not many reviews they are all good. I certainly believe that another good one is in order. Thank you Japanese Auto Tech for doing such quick and great work with very fair prices.

Very reliable and honest people! Prices are very fair and they will show you what they worked on and the parts that they replaced on your vehicle so as to leave no doubt. Tong and his brother are very humble people and they will not try to push any extra on work for your vehicles. In fact if you bring up a concern to them they will explain everything to you and will do the work when you are ready and on your time.

What brought me to Japanese Auto Tech were their positive reviews. Now it is my turn to post. All true! They solved the problem with my 20 yr. Old Toyota quickly. Very reasonable.
