I took my 2004 Civic in to get an engine swap because I had a blown head gasket. George suggested a simple head gasket job but I opted to buy a JDM engine with less miles and slightly more HP. Prior to the swap, I called George and he was super helpful explaining where to buy a new engine from, how to have it delivered to his garage, and how to get my ECU programmed for a slightly different engine than my previous one. Once the motor arrived at his garage, I dropped off my car around noon. He was communicating every step of the process and updated me with the status of how things were going throughout the day. He inspected the engine first and made sure the seals were good and it was prepped for install. Prior to the swap there was an engine mount and control arm bushing that he wanted to replace for safety. He also let me know that my transmission/clutch was in very good condition for the age of my car but he offered to replace the clutch if I wanted (since the engine was out and it would be easy to work on it for a discounted price). I was ok without the clutch, but had him replace the engine mount and bushing. He called me later that night to tell me that the swap had been completed and that I can pick it up that night or the next morning. I picked it up the next morning and he gave me the breakdown of how my car was holding up, as well as some things to upgrade over time if I wanted to. He loves cars and loves talking about cars. Anytime I have a question about my car, he always answers it and explains even more. Him and his crew are always helpful when it comes to choosing parts to purchase (OEM vs. Aftermarket) and where to buy from if you like to shop for your own parts like I do. The price for the job they did was very reasonable and my car has been passing smogs and running great since then.

From the first call to the service date to the outcome, and the cost, IT Was All a WONDERFUL experience. My car is purring & running SMOOTHLY!! George was awesome, he took the time to explain what my car needs in a way I can understand. The work was then completed in a timely manner. Thank You George for the service on my 2014 Toyota Corolla and my daughter's Highlander. We have found our forever mechanic.

Great reliable auto services. This is the only shop I will let work on my car. Completely honest and trust worthy. George has always been up front about estimated costs and is fair and affordable. Highly recommend JuJu Built for all your car repair needs from oil change to major repairs! Most of the time it's same day service, drop off pick up later or the next day, although sometimes it may be within the week. Open late so it's convenient for when you work during the day. Give them a call for diagnostic or repairs.

George and his guys at JuJu are totally awesome - so awesome in fact, I drive across the entire city of LA (from West LA to Upland) to have them work on my car. Legit 2hrs to get there each way is worth it and more. I will have no one else work on my car, except them! They’re so honest, ethical, transparent, and helpful and totally go above and beyond for their clients. Plus, unlike all other car shops and mechanics I’ve ever been to - they do same day service, will work on your car the day you bring it in, give realistic time estimates for all the work, and are on top of scheduling, so nothing is ever late and nothing ever takes like 20 times longer than it should. I’ve had the worst experience at other shops where they took a week to replace a part that should take 10 mins to swap, but not with Juju! They will get it done same day, will schedule in advance, and best of all they’re open late so you can get the work done after you’re finished at the office. And, on top of all this, they really break it all down for you and show you exactly what they’re gonna do, they show you the old parts, explain it all, which is so wonderful and really makes me feel good knowing that they’re doing the work and knowing what’s being replaced and why. Honestly? They’re really great guys - and really fairly priced too - like, just wonderful human beings. I can’t say enough great things about George and the entire Juju team! Thank you all for helping do the pre-purchase exam on my car (and fixing all the issues you found after I bought it) and thank you for building the perfect mechanic shop! I have referred multiple people already and will continue to do so. May god continue to bless you and your shop and thanks again for being so honest, thanks for doing such great work, and thank you a million times over for taking such great care of me and my new Porsche! I sleep well knowing I’m in such great hands. Y’all are rad - keep up the good work, and if you’re anywhere in LA, the IE, or in or around Upland and need mechanic or car work - please save yourself the money and the headache and just go directly to Juju! George is the best mechanic I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Extreme integrity, honesty, knowledge & super trustworthy, George & Louie are just great all around guys.
